Good stay, but don’t park here

You can tell the property has been recently renovated. Rooms were clean, the staff were friendly and they acknowledged our recent engagement. Location is good. On the whole a good stay.

The hotel could be much more environmentally friendly. For example a hand soap dispenser rather than bar of soap, which no doubt gets thrown away half used. The provided paper cups in the room but each one was INDIVIDUALLY wrapped in plastic. They could just provide proper mugs & spoons and reuse them like all other hotel chains. They only provided powdered milk (proper milk would be so much better) but these too came wrapped in plastic & in a sachet with sugar, sweetener and a napkin which we didn’t need and I suspect also got thrown out. Also I really would not reccomend the parking. We hired a standard car and it was ridiculously tight and super scary trying to park. Luckily we only did it one night, but otherwise we would have found somewhere else to park. Would stay again, but definitely wouldn’t park a car here.

ワイキキ散歩にグッド

立地が良くて、観光に便利だった。いろんなところへ徒歩で移動できたて事。ウォーターサーバーが良かった。

コネクティングルームで隣の音気になった。又夜の騒音が少し気になりました。

It met my needs.

Hotel was well situated need shops and restaurants. The hotel was clean, and staff was very nice.

The facility itself was average and pricey. I understand the going rate in HI. I received the reusable bag but not the water bottle.

Great value with nice rooms, excellent location and friendly staff!

Location was excellent. Close to restaurants, shopping, Ala Wai canal to walk. Staff was kind, housekeeping were considerate. Good value!

It was good, location has a nice selection of restaurants nearby, easy to get down to the main street

Great location and very nice and helpful front office staff

We had a room right off the elevator and it was loud when people got off the elevator talking. Our room had a small issue with cleanliness- I did not bring it to the front desk attention, just cleaned it up myself

Disappointed with the front desk service mind.

Good location

The renovated is nice but still outdated! You can see the very old dirty carpet both in the hallway and room. Bathroom is so old and tiny. Only the bed is so clean. I took a shower 20 minutes after I checked in found out they have only HOT WATER! I tried to adjust the temperature but it doesn’t work. So they sent a guy to fix it for an hour when my girlfriend took a nap with the loud fixing noise and I wanna go get some food but I wasted my time to wait until he fixed it which is fine until the last day of my stay (I stayed here for 4 nights) the check out time is 11.00 I asked the guy at front desk for late check out at 12.00 because my flight got delayed He doesn’t helpful at all just said “we can’t offer that”.

Did not fault like we were be taking care of until I mad a complaints

Had several issue. 1. Did not notify customer that parking garage was under construction when arrival. 2. In the Parking lot someone hit our car. 3. Manager Manny was notified and did not handle the situation properly with the car incident. 4. The drains from the living sink and bathroom sink had a back flow. 5. Had ants in the kitchen. 6. Room phone did not work. Was not a good stay.

Perfect location with awesome amenities for families. We loved it here!

Loved the location! So close to a a lot of the hot food spots plus short walk to the beach. The staff is super friendly and very helpful

Exceptional!

-Everything! The room was lovely and the whole hotel decor was impeccable! Super clean (room service was really good and staff was so nice and friendly). -The hot tub downstairs by the reception was definitely a perk! -Also, amazing location! Super close to the main street full of shops and restaurants! And a 10 min walk to the beach!

De locatie was goed en het uitzicht was mooi. Magnetron in hotel aanwezig dit was wel fijn.

Dat er geen ontbijt beschikbaar was. Geen waterkoker in de kamer aanwezig alleen een koffiezet apparaat. We kregen op verzoek wel een waterkoker.

Perfect option for Waikiki

This hotel is a great option. The room was comfortable and clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the location is perfect. I would stay there again.

Good location, easy to arrive.

Location is perfect! Just a couple of blocks from the beach. Close to shopping malls and many food options around. The bed super clean and comfortable. Big flat screen TV. Staff is very nice and ready to help you! It’s very easy to arrive from the airport, just take $3 bus #20.

Washroom was small (it was hard to close se door with you inside). Unfortunately, I found one hair on the handle of this door. I didn’t like the carpet because with that weather it doesn’t smell well even if it’s clean.

It was generally a good memorable experience to stay at Waikiki Malia.

It is close to the International Market Place and walking distance to Waikiki Beach. Room is clean and with a good view. Bilingual staff at front desk helps some guests.

There are only two microwave ovens for over 100 guests staying from level 6 up to level 18.

Great place to stay without breaking the bank

Nice, clean, comfortable. Good value. It wasn’t on the beach, but it was only about. 4 minute walk. Nice balcony’s with great views.

If I would have had a microwave it would have been perfect
