Nice marina view and great staff

Wonderful front desk hospitality. The rooms are clean and the beds were comfy. Nice breakfast facility and location close to town.

Not cleaned to anyone standards! Would not stay again

Friendly staff, felt safe, had pool

Room was not cleaned well at all. Hot tub had green water. Mold in bathroom. Extremely uncomfortable beds

Disappointing at best. My grandchildren were really looking forward to swimming.

Breakfast and location were good.

Pool was shut down and our rooms were not together.

I was not impressed at all.

The bed was comfortable. The dog park was nice.

The room was small, it was not cleaned well, only a half roll of toilet paper was left, priced way to high.

Nasty. Would rather sleep in the car.

Staff were very helpful.

Paper thin walls. Grim decor and felt grubby. Left shoes on for fear of catching something.

The location for our purposes was nice. The shower was nice and large and had glass instead of a shower curtain which I really liked. Plenty of areas to charge things easily accessible.

The walls could have used a magic eraser both dirty and scuff marks. The beds are not comfortable. You can hear everything in the hallway on the 3rd floor.

I would come back for a stay

The personal care Jasmine, Joe, Brittany and Zak gave was great and professional as well as the breakfast staff.. The room was clean and amenities helpful including an on site laundry. Great coffee in the lobby and sufficient complimentary breakfast . Thanks.

great staff but some of the amenities were dated and not working great.

The breakfast and staff were great.

We booked the hotel for the jacuzzi and pool and the jacuzzi was broke down so kids couldn’t use it. Also the float on the toilet stuck quite often so I’d have to let it down to refill the toilet.

I like the location, staff and comfort of the queen size room.

my fire alarm kept going off when I was blow drying my hair.

Smelled the Room and Immediately Left.

Nothing.

Room smelled so disgusting I immediately turned around, tossed the keys in the bushes and left, eating the $140 in the process and just glad to get away from the horrid place.

Very cold with noisy old style heater. Cramped toilet area. Definitely out of date with cheap amenities.

Only use if there is no other option available

The breakfast was good

For some reason we were given a disability access room. On arrival the check in was far too "slick". The key to our room did not work - only to discover that it was the door itself that was stuck and needed a hefty push to open, the manager had to help us and even commented when the door hit a bedside table!! The key actually worked OK. As a disability room it would be close to impossible for many disabled people to open the door from the inside. As a Best Western Plus we were very disappointed

Superb

The location was perfect, the staff was very friendly and the bed was really comfy. Also the view is to die for. We loved watching the seals in the bay

Our door was really hard to close with out slamming it.
