I really didn't like anything about it. I was really not impressed at all and would not stay here again.

The beds and pillows were hard. The pool was not at all heated, the hot tub was as cold as the pool was and wouldn't turn on. It looks alot nicer on the outside than it is on the inside. The rooms could have been cleaner, overpriced.

Due to unsanitary, rundown property, we checked out and did nit stay. The condition of this property was unsafe

This property was unsanitary and run down. There was splattered fecal matter in the toilet bowl, a dirty, stained bath tub, dead bugs in the ceiling lights, crumbs on the carpet, heavy cigarette smoke odor throughout, stained dusty lamp shades. The furniture was in disrepair , there was litter on the elevator floor. We immediately went to the front desk and asked for a refund ,stating all of the above. We were with another couple who also found their room and property the same. We did not stay, left and filed disputes with our credit card company’s. Shame on booking .com for listing this property as a 3 star property. It is not, they should remove it from their listing . It should be closed

We left and did not feel safe or comfortable staying at this property .

We checked in and went to the roommates . We immediately went back to the front desk. There was bugs and crumb on the floor. Fecal matter could be seen around the toilet. We asked for our refund. He showed us another room. Just as bad. We left to find another hotel and file a claim with Booking.

Everything was dirty and in poor condition.

The fact that I booked online because it had breakfast and then the facility said they weren’t offering it also it was dirty and I had to switch rooms and then it was loud all night and it just made me feel uncomfortable that I couldn’t get any rest

wouldn’t book again.

They don’t honor what you book. on booking.com it says check in is from 4 am. I showed him the confirmation, he said it “says check in at 4 am” but would point to the sign they have on the wall stating check in is at 4 pm. i paid extra money to check in at 1 pm. plus they have no breakfast service.

Disappointing

Staff was very friendly

That it was next to an adult bar and rooms weren't as clean as I'm used too so it made me feel like they don't clean very well. Specially when it's next to adult bar. Bathroom door has cracks like someone was trying to kick door in , tub wasn't clean and the little couch inside the room has lots of dirt and lint. Beds were ok for the night but I still felt like I was sleeping in a bed that sheets weren't changed because of the other things listed above.

Won't stay again.

There's a wrap around porch for the rooms upstairs.

The homeless hanging way to close,No on site security,Cleanliness of the pool,Damage deposit took more than 2 wks to deposit back to my card after I disputed called and staff where very unprofessional,Many Many other concerns.

I loved the location. The pool was nice and well maintained. The staff was friendly but not very knowledgeable.

The floors in the room were super dirty and there was garbage on the floor when we got there. There were not enough towels and the beds are not very comfortable.

Ok price for a bit great stay.

The price.

The towels were dirty/ stained. The bed was not anchored so it moved when just sitting on it. The room took a long time to chill down and no blanket for comfort just sheets.
