Beautiful grounds, lovely helpful staff, with far as the eye can see farmland and great seafood nearby. What more can you ask for?
I booked the end of Oct for a Mon through Wed stay when most of the restaurants are closed.

We chose the Emory suite for our wedding anniversary, to enjoy additional comfort and it’s peaceful surroundings. The rooms were delightful and we enjoyed the convenience of the location in main building. We thoroughly loved the manor, sitting on the porch outside, listening to the rain while sampling the fine selection of teas and baked goods available to guests round the clock. The breakfast options were amazing, the charcuterie tray and Cheese boards (available for order) were delicious and satisfying, and the wine and chocolate pairing was an informative and memorable experience. We loved our mid week, anniversary getaway and we plan to return!

The breakfast was wonderful!

The innkeepers were excellent hosts. The assistant innkeeper greeted us and gave us our key and toured us around and up to our Yellow Room. The waitress/hostess who is french, was so charming and delightful to talk to. She suggested on Saturday morning when it was cooler, to eat out on porch....so much work for her but what a delightful way to enjoy Brampton Inn for breakfast. Afternoon teas delightful, and the cookies there seem to appear from out of no where aka the kitchen were scrumptious. We can't wait to return when the renovations to landscaping on side of 1860 B&B is finished.
I can't imagine anything anyone could write about this B&B that wouldn't be wonderful

B&B was very well decorated for the holidays. Very pretty. Breakfast was very good. Rooms clean and comfy. Loved the fireplace in the room.
Not enough firewood at the outdoor fire pit.

The breakfast was nice. The facilities were so calm and pleasant. The grounds were so well maintained. And the staff was amazing, especially Miranda. She really went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable.

Rustic atmosphere and decor, but amenities were modern enough to make our stay very comfortable (Airconditioning, refrigerator/freezer with ice for guests).

From the moment we opened the door, we felt welcomed. We were greeted and immediately offered some refreshments and a tour around the rooms. The porch is spacious and calming as we took in the nature around us. The grounds are beautiful. The room was well devoted, very clean, and comfortable. The breakfast delicious. We will be back!
Charlestown doesn’t have cable so if you are a tv addict, stay away. The room has a tv and DVD player with movies available in the library.
