The outside doesn’t prepare you for the inside. It’s nice and modern. Pretty clean, but the tub drains really need to be kept in. Some water bugs got into the rental through them, I think.

We stayed here for two nights during my son’s college orientation. It’s a downstairs unit abs it’s very clean and spacious but the noise from people upstairs is loud. You can hear everything up there. Made it very hard at night- you can hear them get up out of bed to go the bathroom it’s so loud. So be aware of you have someone renting the upstairs at the same time. The biggest problem is the sewer treatment smell. I read the online reviews and only one mentions it? It is overpowering at times! So much we had to boil coffee to mask the smell. It made me physically ill. We could not use the backyard or patio at all and this is one of the reasons we rent VRBOs. The smell is bad. Maybe they are all used to it but if you aren’t- you will notice. I expressed my concerns to the property manager and I got nothing. He said I should have known about the smell already bc they mention in the listing that it’s near the treatment plant. There are plenty of other places to rent in Bryan and College Station. With cleaning fees and other fees this apartment came out to wayyyy too much. Not to mention you do pay a cleaning fee and they still ask you to clean before you leave! I do not recommend this VRBO. You’ll find better at a better rate.

My husband and I stayed at this location for 6 days/nights. It's a duplex on a cul-de-sac in a very populated, but quiet, neighborhood. It's right behind University Drive with all the restaurants, shopping, etc. It's a great location. Apartment is clean, the beds are very comfortable, and the kitchen is equipped enough so that I could have family over for dinner. Host is very responsive, we enjoyed our stay. Would recommend.

The property was nice. The location to A&M is great and it's near a lot of restaurants. The only drawback was the Bryan waste water plant is not far away and there were times you could smell a sewer odor. Otherwise our stay was great.

Looks old from the outside, interior is all new. Loved the woodtile floors. The beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms and kitchen very clean. Enjoyed the coffee, but had to go buy creamer for the 2nd morning there. Overall, nice place to stay for a great price! Enjoyed it and will be back!

Over all the property was nice. The only thing that needs some work for this property is the outside, and the blinds. The outside looks kind of run down and could use some paint, and the blinds are broken in some places which is an issue for privacy. But it was very nice and clean on the inside. It was good place to stay.

We had a Friday and Saturday night stay booked. We stayed Friday night, but the beds were SO BAD, it was like sleeping on a bed of stone. We left Saturday afternoon so we would get home in time to sleep in our own bed.

Quiet neighborhood and great location close to everything.
Unit is on the first floor so be aware that if unit upstairs is rented out, you can hear them if they are loud.
All was wonderful until the little tenant upstairs started running and (what sounded like) playing basketball at 7:30 am on a Friday. They checked out by 8:30 so all was back to quiet after that. :) Will definitely stay here again!

This was a perfect properly for two couples. It was roomy and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked if we had wanted to cook. The coffee was good. The entry was good since it is digital no keeping up with keys. This property is close to campus and there are plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. We will definitely put this on our favorites list.

We loved this house! This house was the perfect location for everything we needed. There were restaurants, bars, the university, anything else that you could think of that you might need to get to within a reasonable distance.
We had upstairs neighbors, and the sound was not terrible. You could definitely hear them walking. But nothing that kept us up or woke us up.
The beds were very comfortable. The king bed had four great pillows. Some were soft, and some were hard. We always travel with our own pillow. So we just did not use one of the pillows that was provided.
We did go through all of the soaps in the bathroom. Word of advice would be to bring your own soap if you like to use more than the average person.
The coffee bar was great. The TV was great. The parking situation was great.
