Nestled in the heart of Vienna, this beautifully newly renovated self-catering apartment offers the height of convenience, comfort and luxury.

5 minutes (by underground) from St Stephen's Cathedral, within walking distance of the world famous 6km² Prater recreational and amusement park, and within easy commuting distance of famous theatres, parks, markets (including the famous Viennese Christmas markets), golf driving range, cycling paths, windsurfing facilities, coffee houses, art galleries, palaces, opera houses and so much more. The few seconds walk to the underground station U3 Kardinal Nagl Platz, will take you directly to any one of these countless attractions and to and from the airport with 25 minutes!

Culture vultures, adrenalin junkies and everyone between will find this apartment the ideal base for their Viennese adventure!!

This non-smoking apartment consists of dining area/kitchen with seating for 4, living area with a sofa which converts to a double bed, one bedroom with double bed, and a bathroom with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, hob, electric kettle and fridge/freezer. The living area has cable TV and internet access.
Travel cot can be provided, if requested in advance.

In the surrounding area you will find restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, bakery, doctors, pharmacy and laundry.

Small dogs are more than welcome and a dog park is within walking distance.

There are no additional charges - prices include bed linen, towels, electricity, heating, water, local representative, cable TV, internet and final cleaning.

We stayed at this apartment for 3 weeks total, and it was perfect for our needs. The apartment was clean and fresh upon our arrival, had everything we needed, is spacious (for Vienna!), close to grocery stores and several bakeries, and in a nice area. It is a short walk from the u-bahn as well. Also close to the river and Prater, which we took advantage of for walking. The hosts were great, even providing a fan for a particularly hot summer week in Vienna. The apartment stayed pretty cool, but being Canadian, our tolerance of heat is unusually low and the fan was much appreciated. We will definitely stay here again!

A very tasteful, quiet flat with good local amenities and excellent access to the U-bahn, just a few stations from the famous Vienna Old City. Owner and Maintainer very friendly and accommodating, we were very pleased with our choice! Free WLan worked without any problems, and the 24 hour shop around the corner, meant shopping out of hours and on Sunday ( problem during our last visit) was easy

The apartment was ideal for three of us. We stayed only three nights but it would be also very comfortable for a longer stay. Clean, very quiet and perfectly located, close to a metro station. Actually, Belvedere was in a walking distance for us. Everything worked perfectly, including wifi. We especially enjoyed the silence - no traffic noise or other annoying sounds. I had a very good contact with the owner and the manager. And finally, a very good price/quality ratio. Definitely, I would like to stay here again if I'm in Vienna.

We have been in Vienna for 6 nights in December and stayed in that comfortable apartment. Apartment was very clean, spacious and luminous. Just 5 minutes walk to the subway and easy access to the city center. We had our breakfasts at the apartment with freshly baked croissants, pretzels and breads bought from the bakery very close to the apartment. I recommend that apartment for those who are looking for a vacation rental in Vienna.

This apartment is perfect for me.I spent there 3 weeks and it was very good time.Is very close to the city center , just a few minutes by subway, but also discrit is very quiet and green.The owner is very nice and also helpful in every situation.I can tell just nice things about this place and give 5 points.I will be back there always when i will be in Vienna. Ihre Wohnung entspricht genau Ihren Angaben.Sie ist sehr sauber , gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Unser Hund ist sehr nett begrüßt worden von Ihrem Verwalter (wir natürlich auch!!).Sehr gut fanden wir Ihre vorab Informationen über die Umgebung,U-Bahn etc.Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt auf jeden Fall. Falls unsere Tochter in Wien studieren kann werden wir sie sicher noch öfter mieten wollen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt zu dem sie mit beigetragen haben.

Very nice, clean and well-equipped apartment, well situated in the center of Vienna and close to public transportation. All needed facilities (supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, etc) are around the corner The wireless internet is priceless. The price includes the final cleaning, which is very welcome. The owner and manager are very friendly and helpful.

-Very clean, well furnished and comfortable apartment. Quiet district, close to the center (subway U3). But curtains are missing on windows, and the light wakes us à 5:00 AM. -Owner and manager are both very kind and professional : they answer very quickly by mail and by phone ; the manager was ponctual in the appointments and available for questions.
