I am looking forward to booking with Motel 6 again when I'm in Allentown. Comfortable clean friendly

Friendly attendant, very clean, and Great room for the price; everything worked just fine! I am handicapped and the kind attendant helped me with the portable "bellhop"

Honestly, this was the best Motel 6 I've stayed in.

It was a new and clean location. The rooms was well-spaced and didn't have anything wrong with it. The lobby was nice as well. There weren't any loud or rude guests. When I first got in, my room smelled like cigarette smoke. However, they moved me down into a new room upon request.

I didn't like that there was no shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom. It was also awkward that the receptionist was so unhappy and almost accusative when I requested a new room after saying it smelled like smoke.

Just fine for a one night stay to sleep after a long day at the park.

It was fine for a one night stay clean for the most part.

Was a very thin room and the bathroom door was old and could be replaced. Minor things really.

Great place to rest our heads with our dog while visiting family in the area!

I loved that there were towels, treats, baggies, a water bowl and even a blanket for our dog traveling with us! The room was clean and I liked that there was vinyl flooring instead of carpeting.

It is not explicitly explained that you need to call directly for a room when traveling with a dog. After we booked online we received an email telling us to call. We almost didn't see it! Also, even though they come up as "pet friendly" in a search, they only take dogs.

Very comfortable and safe place to stay.

No breakfast but that was fine. Every employee I came in contact with was VERY friendly and helpful.

There wasn’t anything that I disliked. I had coffee in the AM just no breakfast but it was ok. The room and staff were good and I felt safe being there.

Horrible

Location was good and price alright

Gm absolutely rude. Kept watching me and my family on the cameras and followed my brother outside multiple times when he took the dog to the bathroom. I felt like we were being stalked the entire stay and ended up leaving a night early over it.

Needs appliance repairs

I love how they made it to involve dogs, even though I don't currently have one. We liked the bottle opener that's on the door. We loved the seating area.

The microwave plate didn't spin. It didn't even get hot enough. The freezer part of the refrigerator didn't really work. Our stuff got dethawed. Also the one lady we met when we arrived was rude. Like we made this huge mistake that I put it in my name with my husband's card.

Great location and value. The staff were nice and friendly. I love pet friendly motels. They are family too.

Walls to thin. The shower head wasn't the greatest, but the water pressure was nice.

Wifi doesn't work unless you call a number in India and stay on the line, no thanks.

Fix the wifi issue. I shouldn't have to call an international number to get connected

Can't conplain really...would stay again

The gentleman who checked us in late in the evening was very very nice...all the staff was very nice and sociable. The bed was comfy. Fridge in room was a nice size, nice TV, had microwave which was great. Liked table in room as well.

No breakfast, coffee only till 1030am....no stopper in the tub to take a bath. No shampoo, lotion, hairdryer etc. Shower curtain was iffy cleanliness wise..needed replacing. No USB chargers in room :(

we hated our stay.

absolutely nothing

the overnight manager was clearly racist she saw me walk in with my three (black kids) ages 7,3 and 2 and began to shake her head and lock her office door. then she came up to our room an hour later and lied and said people are complaining about the kids yelling ( the children were asleep and we told her look they are asleep and she went downstairs to call the cops we told the cops the same thing and they let us stay because she was clearly lying .

Didn’t sleep much due to the ac units noise

Staff

The air conditioner didn’t work then started making loud noises in the middle of the night. I still haven’t received my receipt. The front desk said her printer wasn’t working. I told her about the air conditioning unit and she told me I would get a partial refund. I booked three rooms and mine was the only one that was a problem.
