I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Great location with good amenities. Great staff and good rooms.

The property is in a great location and comes with great amenities. The staff was exceptional! Everyone was very welcoming and I would definitely stay there again.

Only thing doing our stay is the toilet didn’t flush properly and we had to call for assistance from the front desk.

Chambre propre Très bonne literie Personnel sympathique Café et thé gratuits à volonté tous les matins, et des cookies au lobby Bien placé pour la plage Prêt de serviettes pour plage / piscine avec un sac à l’effigie de l’hôtel et de deux transats à la plage + 1 parasol

Il manque des supermarchés aux alentours ( eau, fruits, légumes…) Pas assez de transats autour de la piscine Clim de chambre trop froide, nous l’avons fait éteindre Couloirs trop climatisés !! Le Check in à 16h, c’est tard ! Prix petits déjeuners trop élevé

El personal del hotel es muy amable. La piscina es tranquila y las habitaciones son amplias y comodas. La ubicación es inmejorable y hay muchas opciones para comer cerca.

Nuestra habitación estaba en la planta baja junto un callejón con máquinas bastante ruidoso. No hay parquing gratis en el hotel.

L’emplacement est au top, proximité de la plage et des magasins.tres bon service chaise se plage , parasol et essuies gratuit.

Climatisation trop forte et pas possible de la régler. Un peu vétuste.

Great hotel in Miami Beach!

The service was really great - just very friendly and helpful staff (very impressed). Prime location, near Lincoln street and the beach. Lots of bakeries and restaurants nearby. The room was nice and spacious enough and the bed was super comfortable. Small but nice pool area. Like the small touches like ice cold water in the lobby. No issues with WiFi. Highly recommend staying here!

Location perfect, no frills, clean, staff helpful, beach chairs & umbrella included and 5 mins to beach. Price very competitive. This is our 2nd visit.

Tad dated especially the bathrooms.

A decent stay in a decent location!

Pretty decent and clean hotel in a great location that is accessible to many things to do and see. The beach with access to umbrella and chairs was minutes away. With many places to eat nearby you don’t miss having an onsite restaurant. Staff were pretty accommodating and kept our luggage allowing us to explore South Florida for a few hours after check out. Room I booked was spacious and though bathroom was a bit small it was perfectly adequate!

If you’re a sensitive sleeper or sensitive to noise, you may hear those in the corridor or above and the level really is dependent on the guests. The city noise isn’t too bad and I found it manageable. But sensitive sleepers might need to be prepared with earplugs.

Très déçue

L’emplacement

A peut prêt tout, nous étions la première chambre au rez de chaussée à droite, c’était l’enfer on entendait la réception les gens marcher sur une espèce de plancher on aurait dit qu’on était dans un algeco. On fessait que se réveiller c’était horrible pour 300€ la nuit c’est pas acceptable. Pas de prise prêt du lit, enfin pas de prise du tout obligé de charger nos téléphones au dessus de la cuvette des toilettes. Salle de bain très petite, avec deux enfants c’est pas adéquate. On a pas demandé à changer car on avait pas d’autre choix, mais de grand changement à faire dans cet hôtel. Néanmoins personnel agréable.

Super Lage & gemütliches Hotel

Bett war sehr bequem. Lage war perfekt, super nahe am Strand & alles drum herum sehr nahe. Sehr viele Restaurants, Läden usw. Es wurde sauber geputzt. Personal war sehr nett.

Es hatte in den 6 Tagen nur 1x Kaffee beim Frühstück - die Maschine war die ganze Zeit kaputt. Frühstück hatte nicht mega die auswahl, war aber vom Preis her okay. Klima kann man nicht wirklich abstellen.

Piccola vacanza nel cuore di Miami beach

Gli asciugamani e il bagno gratuito nella spiaggia di fronte a pochi passi.

La moquettes a terra faceva sembrare meno pulita la stanza. L’ambiente si potrebbe dare una semplice ristrutturazione per farlo diventare più carino l’hotel . La colazione a 22 euro non conviene accanto hotel esiste Rosetta pasticceria che ha delle cose più buone che in Italia e anche sé cara ….. con 18 euro si fa un ottima colazione contro i 22 dell’hotel che mi hanno riferito non era un granché!

Excelente ubicación, personal súper amable

La ubicación es excelente. Poder disponer de dos reposeras y una sombrilla en la playa, es genial. El personal es sumamente atento, agradable y simpático. Laura y Claudio destacan. También el personal de la cafetería, un amor. La cama excelente

Mucho frío en todo el hotel y mucho desodorante. Sería genial que la habitación tuviera una pava eléctrica o cafetera. Esta un poco venido abajo

Great experience!

We enjiyed our stay at San Juan Hotel. The location is excellent, the beachclub is just one block away and if you want to go shopping, Lincoln Road Mall is right around the corner. The staff is super friendly and we appreciated that they gave us an extra hour for our check-out. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were decorated in a nice way. We enjoyed also the complimenyary coffee, lemonade and cookies.

The AC was too strong and the rooms were very cold. It's a central AC so one cannot regulate the temperature.

RELAXING BACATION!!

The convenient location to main attractions in the south beach area. Close to the highway to access north/downtown Miami. The beach chairs and umbrella that comes with the room are a plus!!!!

Superb

Awesome location close to the beach. It's an older hotel, but the renovations have kept it to par. No available space for parking on the property hence, you will need a valet parking service $45 per night. In general, the staff are friendly and courteous. Room service is provided daily. The room attendant refreshens and cleans your room. I really loved the place.

Nice location and staff, but the rooms are loud, cold and not well set up.

I liked the property location, right on Collins and a block from the beach. The staff were very nice, especially the staff in the cafe by the pool. they went out of their way to be helpful and made good coffee. the beds were comfy.

This is not a four star hotel by any stretch of the imagination! the walls and ceiling in the room was paper thin and you could hear every step on either side and above your bed. you hear everybody in the hallway when they get back at 4am or get up at 6am. the bathroom needs a few things to upgrade it, like a fan, some shelves in the shower and behind the sink, because there is no room to put anything. There was no thermostat in the room so it was always freezing cold. we could not control the AC at all. Our window looked over a kitchen of an adjacent hotel and there was a loud extractor fan blowing 24/7 so we could not open the window as it was too loud. There was no rack to put our cases on to unpack. There were three of us in the room (myself, husband and daughter) but they only provided two bath towels, and were slow to send an extra when asked or did not send it at all. No access to coffee or hot water in the hotel when the cafe was closed. it would have been nice to have a little coffee station. There is a bar in the lobby but it was seldom open.
