terrible

no front desk staff. had to go to the neighbor hotel to ask for anything No working ice machine in the facility and the soda machine was not at a cool temperature. The rooms are terribly outdated, it’s dark and gloomy and scary. there was a man outside my room who began approaching men, but thankfully, he was stopped by the officer who came right on time to escort him off the property

Absolutely Nothing!!!!!!!!!

This hotel should be condemned. Mold in bathroom ceiling, toilet not secure to floor. The second room carpet severely stained toilet stopped up and someone's eyelash left on the table. Asked to cancel reservation was told I had already prepaid and was still be charged. This is the worst experience I have ever had was told by front desk "Well it says it's 2 stars on website." I looked at pictures but they where not the same rooms I looked at. Very disgusting.

Time to Reinvest / make improvements after all these years Please.

Had Roaches and No Bible and No Working Land line Phone or phone that connection to staff from Room..Killed 3 Roaches.

They say free breakfast , But signs in lobby say no breakfast

Toilet not bolted down , tub will not hold water, tv really fuzzy could not watch, Roaches lots of them, kids screaming in hallway all night, thugs hanging in hallways all night, very scarey !

I did not enjoy my stay.

The young lady at the desk was very nice.

The room was missing the microwave, extra blanket and pillows ( only two small pillows for a kingbed) . The bathroom door and walls had writing on and holes in them.

room number 109 is roach infested while I was there I killed like damn near 5 of them

the stay at this hotel was awful and I need a refund

They moved me to a new room when I discovered a roach crawling on the bed and showed staff proof.

a roach was on my bed and the house cleaning people took my sons clothes.

Facility needs major extermination issues.

The room appeared to be fairly clean.

The bathroom tub floods when you shower. Upon entering the room it was extremely hot and took about 4 hours to for it to the air conditioner not functioning properly. The tv had no remote and I had to get one from the front desk. The curtains did not close and a tack was placed.on the curtains to close it. Last bit definitely not least there is a HUGE mouse problem. When I woke up the next morning there was mouse crap EVERYWHERE AND ON EVERYTHING! GROSS AS HELL.

Is it all right place to hotel but it just need to upgrade

The area and it good walking distance from the store

The only thing I didn't like the toilet need to be renewed the tub need to be renewed and the microwave I was mad because I couldn't even warm up my food because the microwave didn't want to work and took me like 30 minutes just to get the AC working to far as I had a nice time
