the worker never told us the pool was not open even tho we bought swimming stuff from there was a huge let down and a huge waste of money our whole point of going there was to go swimming

Room nice. Heater horrible.

clean, well located, comfortable and usually quiet for sleeping.

the heating unit sounded like a jet taking off each time it clicked on and then sounded like an idling truck until the heating unit turned off. We opted to warm the room up prior to our going to sleep and then turned off the heater for the night. fortunately we stayed warm enough throughout the night. I wanted to change rooms but my husband did not want to go through the hassle.

It was peacful and enjoyable.

The room was clean and spacious and there was amole room to walk our dog.

There was nothing that we disliked.

Great hotel, just don't go through Booking.com

The hotel was good, especially the breakfast. But the service was exceptional. Booking.com messed up my reservation and made it impossible to check in, so the front desk staff made sure that I could still get a room -- and even gave me a cheaper rate than Booking.com did! So just go reserve a room directly from this hotel, and not through Booking.com unless you want to spend an hour trying to check in.

Nice place to stay!

The place was clean. Rooms were up to Holiday Inn Express standards.

Not sure why, but the floors in the elevators were sticky. Definite Grandma kitchen smell in the lobby. Not a flex!

pool was closed without notice, rooms are dated and not super clean. damage to walls and carpet not taken care of, no modern USB ports near bed
