Very nice hotel. I would stay again and also recommend it to friends.

The property was in a great location (close to EVERYTHING) clean, accommodating, and quiet. Also, breakfast was good and the time breakfast ended for night owls was great. Lastly, the 12p checkout time was wonderful.

My only complaint is that my mattress was very firm. Most hotel mattresses are super soft.

The desk clerk saying”I’m sorry” was woefully insufficient. A refund should have been issued!

Availability to destination

We didn’t like the fact that after attending a funeral we came back to our room that night to find the door left open and a dirty room! The only reason our valuables weren’t stolen is that we took them with us.

Not Worth The Money

The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean.

We booked it for the pool. Which wasn't working when we arrived. No one said a word, she just checked us in. The pool looked discolored and shabby anyway. All around disappointing. This was one of the most expensive hotels in the area, and absolutely not worth it. The breakfast was nothing different, except the fake eggs are awful. Hampton Inn does a much better job.

Exceptional

The staff were so nice. When they found out we booked this because it was listed as pet friendly, they refunded our reservation, and helped us find another hotel. The facility was clean, and was well located around food and stores, and in a nice neighborhood.

Booking.com lists this property as pet friendly. They do not accept pets. I've had a lot of trouble lately with properties being mislabeled like this.

Everything was Great. Wod stay again.

Great location. Friendly staff, clean rooms and Bathrooms. Comfortable beds. I only have one suggestion. Upgrade to lamps that have USB charging for phones.

Very happy with the property and quick check-in.

Breakfast was really good, and better than most motels where we have stayed. Location was good, with a variety of restaurants nearby. The room had plenty of space, the bed was very comfortable and the walk-in shower was very nice! Will definitely stay here again.

Was mislead about the suite. It appeared online as two arms. So I had to purchase another rm. Also stood for awhile two times waiting for someone to check me in and help with info. The cleaners kept knocking on the door waiting to clean the room.

Breakfast was fine and staff kept food hot, and dishes filled. Entire hotel facility was very clean! Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful.

Hanging area for apparel was cramped, and too short to hang a dress, or long coat in winter. There was only a chair at the desk... no chairs to sit and relax.

The desk clerk was super nice. Friendly was reception gave us high hopes. Wish the stay would have matched the clerk.
