We really enjoyed how close to everything this hotel was . It was in a great location and it was a bonus that it had a pool

Booked last minute. Very clean room with lots of amenities. So close to the beach and boardwalk!

We loved how clean our room was and how close it was to the boardwalk!

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Everything - front staff extremely friendly and accommodating. Room extremely clean. Linens smelled nice and fresh.

The only thing we didn't like was that the air conditioner was blowing right on you when you were laying in bed. You should be able to adjust the direction of the airflow.

My stay was wonderful. The hotel staff were super. My room was comfy.( Except lights) You have a lovely pool, temperature was great. Thank you!

Lighting in room was a little dark. I am starting with macular degeneration and need brighter light. The bathroom lights were fine. Otherwise I was very comfortable in my room.

Close to the beach but a little to pricey for what was given.

Really close to the beach which was nice. Next to the board walk so I could do all my snacking easier and shop. Staff was very friendly so it felt comfortable to be there.

I think the price was pretty high for it being the off season when I visited. I don't know what influenced it other than most properties like to up prices since COVID started. I disliked the paper thin walls the room had. The neighbor was fighting with his wife and I could hear the whole (pointless) conversation they had. It made me more self conscious at night when watching tv because if felt like i had to turn it fairly high up to hear the tv. I didn't turn it high because of yelling at the time, just because the tv was hard to hear and that made me feel bad for the other neighbor who might have had to listen to King Kong Skull Island.

Room was nice and staff was friendly. Was not told that there was no elevator before I arrived.

Nice place to stay if only you wanted to sleep there.

. Close to boardwalk. Rooms were clean.

The steps to the 2nd floor. Having a hard time climbing steps. Beds & pillows were lumpy.

Nicely updated rooms and well-maintained heated outdoor pool.

Cleanliness, fridge and microwave in room, cable service.

Bed was uncomfortable, but then I have chronic pain.

I was very surprised and happy with the room and location

The property was clean and has beach access. The room was clean and quiet. plenty of outdoor seating if you want to enjoy the breeze.

I’m tall 6’3” and my hands hit the ceiling in the shower while washing my hair.

Superb

The location is great. It is right off the Boardwalk at the center of all the action. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Fresh towels were given to us daily upon request.

We did not have housekeeping during our 3 night stay, so by day 3 the garbage and recycling bins were overflowing.

beds not comfortable--no outlets to charge phone wi fi etc---rude front desk --no atm- given beach passes--did not say they should be returned--first call we received when we arrived home was from them--if we don't send passes back today we will be charged $50.00-we have to unpack we may still have them or not---we live on the bay in virginia do not need beach passes-the beach is our back yard

Staff is very friendly. Room and pool were clean. Location was great. We could walk to the back of the hotel and get right on the boardwalk and beach. We will definitely stay here next time we come to Ocean City.
