Best hotel on our route

This is the best HIExpess we have ever stayed in. We are snow birds traveling through so the location works well for us. We just wish the hotels in the Jacksville area were not so expensive.

It was close to the highway and not far from places to eat. I have never been offered a complimentary water or beer at any US hotel that I have stayed at. Also a good selection for breakfast. The property is not far from the airport but well outside of the big city noise.

The breakfast was very good. The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was very friendly friendly and helpful.

There were not enough linens: towels, wash cloths and bath mat (there was none). The room was a little pricey.

overall I didn’t have any complaint until that one incident and I think they need to take that into consideration.

clean, awesome breakfast, friendly staff, good location.

being in house guess for 4 or 5 days then get booted out because of one day event and then when they cancel the room they tried to offer it back to me for a higher price. really!!!

felt uncomfortable but had to stay because it was late and other hotels in area were booked

location to where I needed to be the next morning

staff was racist for the night shift. called police on me not knowing I had already booked room. then upon checking in she implied I cldnt afford the incidental fee with the hotel price
