Not bad, but overall, the price/quality does not match

Location, size of the room.

1. The air conditioner was very loud and blew directly onto the bed, making it impossible to sleep the first night. We had to turn it off during the subsequent nights, which made the room very stuffy. 2. Overall, the room was clean, but there were dark hairs all over the floor. 3. The staff was mostly polite, but on the day of checkout, there was a very rude woman at the reception. I lowered my rating mainly because of her rude behavior. Overall, the price/quality ratio does not match.

We had a great experience and the location was wonderful. Very conveniently located for theater.

The location is fantastic. The rooms/beds and pillows were very comfortable.

The hallways and entry were very hot and humid. The floor in the room could have been a bit cleaner

Great location, a little tired

Great location. Staff very friendly.

Game room was unusable. Pictures on the website are several years old. We were asked about having housekeeping twice in a four day stay. Great, but one of our rooms didn't get anything so I had to go to the lobby at 11 pm and beg for towels.

Good location for sightseeing.

I did not have breakfast at the hotel.

Your front desk agent 'Jewel' was aloof and she presented as being annoyed. Upon check-in my room was.next to the elevator. I asked if I could change the room and was bluntly told my room was assigned and all other rooms were filled. Later, I felt like an interruption when I asked for toilet tissue and creamer. She drummed her nails on the counter and tried to rush me along. You're in the hospitality business. People remember how you make them feel.

Excellent Stay and can't wait to return!!

Loved the location of this property. It was close to shopping and the theatre district. Will definitely stay at this property again the next time I visit the beautiful city of Chicago.

Good time.

James at the entrance was very helpful. He even walked around the block with me to show me where to park. And he was humorous.

The 11am checkout was too early and not a standard time for many other hotels.

I loved this hotel! It had one of the oldest theaters imbedded within the hotel in the theater district.

I love hard surfaces and high ceilings… could not hear sounds amongst floors/ rooms

City was noisy but nothing too bad to prevent sleep . I don’t think anywhere downtown would be quieter.

Great location especially if you’re going to the theater or Art Institute. Shopping & restaurants close by.

Location, friendly staff & security, fridge, microwave & coffee maker in room, clean and modern room, comfortable bed and large shower

no dresser in room to store folded clothes. No safe in room. Unusual for the city of Chicago.

Céntrico y muy correcto, para repetir.

Superbien ubicado, camas comodisimas, más que correcto, calidad precio genial. Muy bien el parking junto al hotel, con precio razonable para el sitio. Me preguntaron al hacer el check in si quería limpieza diaria (si no, no la hacen)

- room floor wasn’t very clean (grimey) it could have done with a good mop - few basic amenities - the hotel entrance isn’t very obvious

check in was fairly easy - held bags until room was ready; breakfast good.

Housekeeping was bad. Floors had not been swept; refrigerator dirty and smelled; desktop had food stuck under the glass and was sticky on top. It hadn't been cleaned. No soap provided at bathroom sink; no washcloths provided; 1/4 roll of toilet paper provided upon check in -- had to ask for all of the above.

Cambria Hotel Delivers

Love the location. This was right in the heart of what i was doing. The hotel is so accessible to all forms of public transport. Staff was lovely and extremely helpful. The room was huge...like HUGE! Super comfy bed. We didn't have much of a view, but wasn't an issue for us as we spent so little time in the room.

I have nothing negative to say. I mean, if I HAD to nitpick...I could have used a firmer pillow and I'm not personally found of the type of shower screen they use, but it's definitely a hip style. I guess one legitimate complaint I have is how long the elevators take. Only 2 seemed to be working at the time and there was frequently congestion at peak hours.
