Top. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung im Zentrum. Äußerst freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Parkplatz im Parkhaus inklusive. Alles fußläufig gut zu erreichen.

Sencillamente excelente lugar...super recomendable. Muy felices de haber podido alojarnos allí. Volvíamos solo a higienizarnos y descansar pero es un lugar para quedarse a vivir!

New year visit

Great location on the edge of the pedestrian zone. The host gave us the bigger apartment by mistake. It was clean and comfortable. We were there in winter and it was warm enough. It had free coffee which we appreciated since we were there for 2 nights only.

Perfect!

Great, central location. Short walk from train station, old town and river. Incredibly spacious and spotlessly clean. Host was very good at responding to queries. The apartment has a lovely kitchen/dining room with all utensils and a coffee machine- great for breakfast. Would recommend and would definitely stay again!

Not a problem for us, but the apartment is on the main road so traffic noise can be an issue with the windows open.

Schönes Wochenende mit Besuch der Weihnachtsmärkte

Sehr große und geräumige Wohnung. Direkte Citylage. Alles war bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Waren das zweite Mal dort und würden es weiterempfehlen.

Ein schöner Städte-Trip wurde abgerundet durch eine gute Übernachtungsmöglichkeit.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral, die Ausstattung der Wohnung sehr gut. Sie ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Vermieter sind hundefreundlich!

Die Geräuschkulisse durch den Verkehr der Straße und nächtliche Geräusche durch vermutlich putzen (Büroräume) in der Etage darüber.

Aanrader voor bezoek aan Koblenz

De ligging van het appartement. Op loopafstand van het centrum. De communicatie met de beheerder was prettig. Via hem de parkeergarage om de hoek geregeld (€ 10,- per dag) alwaar hij ons op kwam wachten en ons van daaruit naar het appartement bracht . De beheerder verhuurt twee appartementen. Wij verbleven 3 nachten in het grootste. Het appartement is zeer ruim en schoon. Badkamer met fijne douche. 1 slaapkamer met groot tweepersoonsbed (en een extra uitklap bed). Het bed is ietwat aan de harde kant maar voor die paar nachten absoluut geen probleem. Slaapkamer ligt aan de achterzijde en ja daar hoor je (met het raam open) het verkeer ook maar je bent dan ook midden in de stad. De keuken hebben wij niet gebruikt. Er zijn voldoende ontbijttentjes in de omgeving en meer dan genoeg leuke restaurantjes, voor elke portemonnee, in Koblenz! De keuken heeft een complete inventaris mocht je wel willen koken.

Perfect apartment for our needs, would definitely recommend!

Spotlessly clean property, great location, parking 2 minutes away, very comfortable apartment, host friendly & helpful.

It was a little noisy in the mornings from an apartment above I think but we still really enjoyed our stay.

Traveling from South Africa

Within walking distance of tourist Info, shopping mall, grocery shops, laundromat and all important sight seeing points. There is a lovely bakery across from the apartment and a Subway right below. The view from the apartment is amazing and you feel part of the city life. There is one bedroom with a huge bed, but the sleeper couch in the living room is very big and comfortably accommodates two adults. Would definitely return.

Fire alarm is triggered easily when cooking food but does stop after some time. More hooks on the bathroom door to accommodate four people's towels etc. Being part of the streetlife however also means that it can become noisy from 4 am.

Comfortable, nicely furnished, clean, bright. Even nicer than it looks in the photos. Convenient location within easy walking distance to old town, shopping, public transit, restaurants and groceries. The apartment was well furnished with nice extra touches. The kitchen was really well equipped -- definitely not like the corporate apartments that have been taking over booking, airbnb, etc. that have the absolute bare minimum for two people for one day. Host is super nice!

Anyone who is a light sleeper should know that there is some street noise, but it doesn't go on all night. I am a light sleeper, and I slept surprisingly well, even with the windows open.

The apartment was very clean , spacious and fitted out well.We had a great welcome by Marcel . Checkin was easy and communication was good prior to arriving

While it was a central location the traffic noise was very loud late into the night and started again very early . If you can handle that then it's a great place to base yourself in Koblenz .

after solving access problems, we enjoyed our stay

proximity to station, shopping centre, restaurants and sites of interest around the river. apartment was spacious and comfortable

we did not know which floor or exactly where the apartment was in the building. previous emails from owners did not give me that information ! we did not receive PIN number to enter apartment in email! emails were also in German which I could not read - we are Australian. while Andi was helpful in finally helping us gain access, but it was a long and stressful process!

Comfortable place to visit the centre of Koblenz.

+ The location, right in the centre. And at the same time very quiet and peaceful. + The spaciousness and comfort of the entire apartment (bedroom, living room, kitchen and the dining room). + Well equipped kitchen. + The kindness of the owners. + Pets are accepted (no extra charge). + The option to parking place. + The shower with thermostatic tap.

A lovely perch in Koblenz Altstadt.

Wonderful host! Centrally located. Wonderfully natural light filled and cozy. A very nice perch in the Koblenz Altstadt.

A little street noisy (didn’t bother us, but for light sleepers could be an issue). Was a little hard not to have wine glasses amongst the dishware given out Rhine-Mosel location, but we left a couple for those who follow 😊

A perfect cosy spacious and convenient apartment for Koblenz

The location and size of the apartment. Well set out and good heating so very comfortable stay. The host Marcel was very helpful making sure we were able to access the apartment and also use the washing machine.

Being upstairs of a Subway but the smells did not enter the apartment so that was ok!

Amazing Spacious Apartment in an excellent location

The apartment was so clean and spacious - a great location ideal to do a bit of shopping and visit the Christmas markets. The host is so nice and very helpful, could not do enough for us and checked if we needed anything else. Hairdryer supplied, even an umbrella! Will definitely be using this apartment again.
