Location was obviously amazing. The place was very clean and extremely quiet for where it was located. Was worried you'd hear the noise right outside the building but heard nothing at all.
It is in a the middle of a brick buildings so there are no windows, wasn't an issue for us but should be noted. Found a couple of cockroaches running about but in the heart of a city so not completely unexpected and very clean otherwise. The only other issue we had was the construction happening. Nowhere to park so we had to walk a block or so with suitcases and backpacks and all the sidewalks for the entire block are barricaded so while walking up/down the street we were on, that's all we were seeing. Kind of a bummer we didn't know all that before booking.

You can’t beat the location! Located on the Cumberland river. Just walk outside and you’re on 2nd & Broad, the main streets for food, nightlife, shops and 3 blocks to Printers Alley if you’re looking for something other then country music Two to three blocks from the Ascend Amphitheater, Johnny Cash museum, and the Country Music Hall of Fame. Just a 10/15 min drive to the Gulch, a worthwhile drive for more upscale restaurants, shopping as nightlife.
Nicely decorated; however, Make sure you read all the details! We had a nice hotel room booked on the opposite end of Broadway which included parking. Cost-wise it was half the amount of the Riverfront Lofts; however, it was our anniversary! I saw the pictures on their site of the lofts with the massive windows overlooking the Cumberland River and the spacious accommodations; therefore, I canceled my other reservations and booked a room w Riverfront Lofts. Very disappointed to later find out that not only was our room not a loft but didn’t even have a window! As I re-read through their page I discovered that rooms 1-4 have no windows, not only that the ceilings are lower then standard, giving a basement feel to the whole experience. By this time the other hotel was fully booked so we decided to make the best of it; however, for the money I could have booked a suite at the first location, parking included. Speaking of which, download the app Spot Hero for parking. We found in and out garage parking four blocks away for $5/day, regularly $30. I hope this review has been helpful.

Location
It was so damp and humid feeling all the beds were wet! The towels smelled like mildew and it was so hot in there an the thermostat only went down to 70. The shower water was clogged and after typing our pin to get into the loft the lock was janky. This place absolutely was not worth over $750 per night I wish we would of stayed at a hotel.

The only redeeming feature is that it was quiet.
While very quiet, the room was isolating. Not even a window to see what the weather is or morning sunlight to help gage the time of day. It was like entering Fort Knox. It reminded me of Get Smart with all the doors you had to pass through. Each one required an entry code. I never saw an attendant or the manager on site. All contact was via text. The worst part was not having anyone who could help me to print out the boarding passes for our return flight to NJ. I had to go to the Hilton to get help from their concierge to get boarding passes for return to NJ printed out. I would never go their again.

Our room didn't have windows but we knew that when booking.

Fantastic place and communicative management. It's like you have your own little home-away-from-home right downtown Nashville in the heart of all the action. Note it's not a hotel and there's no front desk per se - but this is part of the charm. Spotlessly clean. Premium brand-name toiletries - loved 'em. Well-stocked kitchen. Even had some ice in the freezer waiting for me. It's all these little touches that make this place amazing.
My credit card had an issue and the management was super understanding in waiting a couple of extra days for payment - I really appreciated that.
I'll be back for sure.
Make sure the person in your party sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room (in my particular unit anyhow) has a high tolerance for noise. You can feel like you're in the middle of the action down there (which is actually really fun). The bedroom is a quiet oasis.

Location was perfect!! Bedrooms were sound proof to the noise on the street. We loved the key code entries as a group of girls it made us feel safe and secure.
The upstairs shower had some mold but that was honestly the only negative thing.

The location was good
Impossible to drop off luggage, large tour buses in front of drop off. Bed was broken, coffee maker did not work, and AC , and the AC in our friends room did not work.( they did drop off a new coffee maker, AC could not be fixed, and we “rigged up the bed to be passable)was a bit run down for the price. Very disappointed because we were so excited… pictures made the place look fabulous.

Location was awesome. Right on 2nd Avenue. It was secure and accessed easy. No key needed to keep track of. Very nice unit. King bed and large shower.
This unit does not have any windows. It was an interior unit. After staying decided that it wasn't something I would want to do again. You had to leave the room to go check weather or anything outside.
