Didn’t have breakfast
Good at bar in hallway
6.0 / 10.0
Good location and main areas of the hotel impactful by way of design
Very poor checkin experience with unfriendly and unhelpful staff
Amenity charge not explained; only learned of the free cocktails via over hearing another conversation
Limited in room amenity supply - no shower cap; shower gel not replaced etc
Rooms are noisy
Shower controls didn’t work properly and water pressure very low

The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. The room was exceptional. There. were four of us and we all had our own rooms. All of us felt the same way about the hotel and loved it!

Loved the 20s/30s vibe ! Amazing decor and such a great location! Super close to broadway but not so much so the noise is not that loud. My only comment would be to put all blackout blinds, a lot of light entered on the corners of the windows but still it was such a great room!
I would recommend better blackout blinds for the rooms!

The room was beautiful!
The kitchen was gorgeous!
The furnishings seemed high-end and the couch was very comfortable.
Bar and pool area were very fun!
Loved the Corn Hole and bbq’s!
Took a very long time for elevator..
Pool could have been cleaner..

Location
Room service was difficult and very expensive. No coffee in the room- you have to go down to a station in the hallway.

Nur wenige Gehminuten ins Zentrum; gut frühstücken kann man in einem kleinen Café im Hotel; sehr freundliches Personal

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and in a great location. I loved the fact you got bottles that you can refill with water at the drinks stations on each floor (which also had free tea and coffee).
We didn’t try the restaurant but the coffee shop was lovely. If I manage to go back to Nashville I would definitely stay here again.
We didn’t manage to try the roof terrace unfortunately as even though it was well before closing time when we went up (and there were lots of people there) the doors were locked and we were told by the bar man through the glass that they were closed.

Great Location, there are a lot of good places to go to right around that block. Far enough from lower Broadway Also, the staff is fantastic right across-the-board. Cool historic vibe to the place. Rooms very clean.

Fantastic property within a short walk of music row. Adorable speak easy in the basement, lovely accommodating staff, very high end, high tech finishes in the room
The coffee shop was not good. Not friendly staff, and poor coffee, pastries.

The hotel had an excellent restaurant with an Alice in Wonderland theme. There was a Nespresso machine on every floor for use of the patrons. Everyone was wonderfully polite and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

Decor and ambiance are very nice. Location was great. Comfy beds. Love the water/coffee station on each floor

Safety and security of the elevators, large rooms, king size beds were comfortable, espresso machine for each floor, 5 min walk to broadway, starbucks is across the street!
Room temperature was hard to get right, we slept a little warm, wasn't bad but wished it was cooler in the room at night.
10.0 / 10.0
Loved the location, the stylishness of the rooms and the ability to have two king beds in one room. This is rare. We also loved the coffee and water station in the hall. Great rooftop bar … what a view!

Excellent location to Ryman, Broadway, Printers Alley, & downtown in general. Loved the rooftop bar Rare Bird, the Alice in Wonderland themed restaurant in basement, and lounge areas. Also loved Gannon’s across the street for dinner & live music as well as Sinatra’s for dinner & live piano & singer! Room was spacious and w/generous size bathroom & shower! Great attention to details and many modern features with auto blinds and lights at bedside touch of a button.
Street side rooms were VERY LOUD til 3am Fri/Sat. Great bedside white noise machine helped but an internal room is better for light sleepers. $60 p/n valet only parking option was a surprise but convenient.

Excellent hotel-walking distance to downtown broadway and museums but not in a noisy spot.
The rooms are stylistically gorgeous and large and the bed very comfortable. The hotel staff were very knowledgeable with great recommendations.
Would’ve been great if it had a pool but there was plenty of other great features to the hotel.

The staff was very helpful and always smiling. The location is perfect, not too close to Broadway, but able to walk everywhere. The hotel is beautiful and has a lot of history. Definitely will stay there on any future trips.

Clean & comfortable.
Rooms refreshed daily.
Nice to have free coffee/tea/water on same floor as rooms.
Short walk to downtown.
Staff were pleasant but not overly welcoming.
Speakeasy & Rarebird were underwhelming - lacking atmosphere.

We love boutique hotels! The Noelle has been one of our fav's for awhile. Customer service is amazing there, very clean, close to everything! They also have a cute coffee shop where you can sip some great coffee while doing somempeople watching.
There weren't many options for breakfast (i.e Plain pancakes or French toast) Coffee was served in a coffee cup not a carafe. The room they placed us in (I booked a superior king) had an uncomfortable bed with no tables (side or otherwise)or chairs. We had to place the room service tray on the bed and eat on the bed sitting sideways :/

The hotel was beautiful and the restaurant and speeckeasy had delicious food and drinks.
Our room was right above the alley with all of the bars and the noise mad sleeping very difficult.

Room 728 too noisy. Carsand motocycles loud pipe noise until 3:00 am.

The bed was comfortable and the hotel was unique.
I contacted the hotel to prepay and they ran my card for the prepay amount. Throughout my stay I had an additional $717.29 charges that caused my account to overdraft (was not informed of these and did not authorize these). The front desk staff was unfriendly and told us if our floor didn’t have ice then we would need to go look on other floors for ice instead of helping us. The outside noise in the room was outrageous. I didn’t sleep well one night. We were on the 6th floor and I could hear the next door venue signing songs word for word. I wish I would have saved my money and stayed at a different hotel. The trash was always overflowing in the lobby and the front desk staff would just be gossiping away.

Location was terrible and the food was not worth the price.
We were lied to about the location so we had to pay a taxi. Not fair and I talked directly to the hotel. Not happy I should get a refund this is not how you treat you customers.

Very modern and clean
Price was a little expensive and there is also a $200 per day hold for incidentals that was not disclosed to us at check in.
