I was there with my daughter for the BolderBoulder. Our room was beautiful, spacious, & comfortabl

Breakfast good. Had lots of options.

I don't know if you can see in the pool level rooms window so we kept the curtains closed. Also it would be nice if guests didn't throw beanbags at our windows...corn hole! Also the pizza was burned and inedible. We left it behind.

I'd come again if I had view to the outside - otherwise not really worth the money...

Breakfast was good! Location good. People nice.

Pool was broken. View was not so great (of the dead pool.) Room was located as far from the elevator as possible. The parking was very confusing and I thought my car was stolen because I didn't realize there were two floors.

Nice place

Comfortable beds, above average breakfast, and 2 free drinks per person along with snacks for happy hour.

Our room faced a very busy street, so it was noisy all day and night. We heard very little noise from inside the hotel.

Breakfast was wonderful! The omelet bar is a great addition. The room was spacious and offered a little privacy for a family.

The foldout couch for an extra bed was narrow, seemed smaller than a full-size bed. It worked well for 3 of us, but the room says it sleeps 4 and that would have been tight. I didn't see the parking fee listed on booking.com description.

Specious rooms, tasty breakfast. Very friendly staff. Great location. Contactless checking.

Please fix the ice machines, none working, had to go to the bar for ice. A few different dinner options would be nice on the menu, it hasn’t changed in a while.

Considering the difficult circumstances, it was a good trip.

Everything was very good. I was travelling under difficult circumstances. The room was comfortable and the facility was clean and nice. Breakfast was excellent and the omelette I requested was delicious. The evening Happy Hour was also quite good.

The weather was less than optimal. Cold and snowy and the snow was not removed in a timely manner.

Good but not great, with major flaw in the most important part - the room.

Good location. Good breakfast. Good gym. Friendly staff. Nice happy hour.

Didn’t like the room. Poor layout made it feel small. No place to put luggage. Bad room coffee. Paid for mountain view but got a view of the adjacent building instead.

Fine. Noting. Special. Extra charge for parking. Maybe good choice for families with younger kids (pool, breakfast buffet) but otherwise, meh. Clean. Nice staff.

Pool is super small and closes at night. Facility is just a big, typical hotel chain. Buffet breakfast is okay. Parking $$ per day underground. Wouldn’t choose this place unless not a lot of other options.

Dissatisfied with inexperienced staff on reception.

On check in, reception added afamily members room to our credit card, on bringing this issue to receptions attention, was told this pending sum would resolve itself. Even on contacting the Hotel,we never resolved this issue. Inexperienced staff at reception assumed badly.

Fantastic Hotel, would highly recommend

Fantastic breakfast, friendly staff, great rooms, and the free snacks & drinks from 5 pm to 6.30 pm was a nice surprise! rooms have a fridge and microwave which is life-saving traveling with my 18 month old.

Being able to order food earlier than 5 pm but they are plenty of restaurants and a grocery store walking distance.

Great location and amenities!

Excellent location, breakfast, cocktail hour, and restaurant. Staff was very friendly, especially the bartender and wait staff.

Bed was not comfortable and was hard to sleep on with two people, it kept sinking us into the middle.
