Beautiful Location!

Really lovely apartment, spacious and well equipped .Fantastic views out to Lokrum island from the balcony and terrace. Great location for easy walk into the old town and for swimming at Banje beach, Jacob’s beach and from the rocks near Betina Cave. Little shop very close and convenient. Hosts were very helpful and friendly with excellent communication and seamless transfer from the airport including holding our luggage before evening flights.

Great view and balcony, clean, spacious and easy walk to Old Towne

Great view from the balcony and living room. Really good location. It was only a 10 minute walk to old town and a 15 minute back up the hill from old town to the apartment. The apartment is a good size and was very clean. There were air conditioners in both bedrooms and the living room to help you keep cool during the hot summer days. It had a washing machine with pods and a clothes line on the balcony to dry your clothes. Nice book case in the hall with many books and a good guide book of Croatia. The kitchen was a good size with lots of kitchen supplies if you choose to cook. The mini mart was close by. Dubrovnik is a good, central point to take day trips to Montenegro and Bosnia. Banje beach is a close walk from the apartment and is a nice place to spend the day. We had a 5 night stay. On the 4th day they delivered us fresh towels and fresh supplies and trash bags.

No lights in the stairs So at night was very dark going up to the apartment. No one to meet you at the apartment like they lead you to believe. They said call when you are on the way. I called and they said call again when I'm at the apartment and then they gave me a code to enter. At first I got the wrong code. But then they sent me the correct one. Why doesn't anyone meet you anymore at apartments?

Excellent location, clean and new, great views from the balconies, beds comfortable and loads of storage space for clothes. Also, 2 bathrooms in a small apartments is fabulous! Hosts super attentive, friendly and responsive to messages. They arranged collection and pick up and also sorted luggage storage for us on the day we left as we checked out a few hours before we needed to leave for the airport.

Nothing really that I didn't like, but maybe a couple of things that I would have preferred, but to be fair to the hosts, I didn't raise either of these issues while I was there, pretty sure if I did they would have sorted them for me as they really were great people to deal with. For a 4 night stay I felt that one towel per person probably wasn't enough. It would have been great to have a towel change after 2 days. Having said that, there was washing machine but for a 4 night holiday I didn't particularly want to do any washing! Also the showers weren't very hot...that could be operator error of course, or it could be that the temperature is set like that due to the hot weather....but I like a hot shower. :-)

Very good

Great location without the need to climb a lot of stairs which is common for a lot of Dubrovnik apartments. It also has great sea view.

The fridge does not have freezer so we couldn't get ice which could have been nice due to the hot weather.

Lovely accommodation for a family of 6

The Apartment is situated 5-10 min walk from the Old town. Brilliant location near the restaurants, 5 min walk from the beach. Very clean and the view is amazing from the balcony. Owner/caretaker very responsive, accommodating and helpful. Wifi works well. Thank you for making our holiday a memorable one!

Amazing views and perfect ovation for exploring city and beautiful beaches

Amazing views and lovely terrace, a few minutes walk from old town and beautiful Sveti Jakob beach . Great to have aircon and 2 bathrooms

Some basics missing in the kitchen like filter paper for coffee machine which could not be bought locally, tea towels …

Superb

Great location close to Old Town and Banje Beach, which were easily accessible with a 7-8 min walk.

Master bath is cramped and MBR bed is too long for the space (very close to wall opposite headboard). Partner and I both hit our knees on the corner of the bed frame several times.

Superb

Two good sized bedrooms. Kitchen had dishwasher and microwave, plus there is a washing machine which was all really useful as we were travelling with our baby. They provided us with a travel cot too. Also it is close to the old town but doesn’t have all the stairs to get there that we would have had in staying there instead.

Perfect stay in a great location

The property was perfect. There was 3 of us travelling and we had 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. There were 2 huge terraces with beautiful views of the sea, it was very lovely to sit on the terrace in the mornings looking at the view whilst having breakfast. The location of the apartment was great. A lot of apartments/hotels in Dubrovnik are located up hills so there are a lot of steps to climb but this apartment is a straight road to the old town, which was a huge bonus as there were no steps to climb other than a few to enter the building. It was about a 5 minute walk to the beach and 5-10 mins to the old town, which is where we’d go out for food every evening. The apartment had everything we needed, a dishwasher, washing machine, air con, hairdryer etc. The showers were powerful and the apartment was very clean. I’d recommend anyone to book this for the location and views alone, everything else is a bonus. The host was also super helpful and sent many recommendations for lovely restaurants, which I’d recommend to book in advance in high season as it was sometimes difficult to get a table. Overall a really lovely stay.

We only had one key so it was sometimes difficult to arrive home at different times.
