Lovely but loud

Lovely apartment in an unbeatable location.

The noise kept us all awake....all night. There needs to be somebody from the hotel to meet guests and bring them through the pile gate and assist with luggage up the stairs.

If you are travelling car, find alternative accommodation with parking or add 100 euros a day for parking in the car par

Location was great, Parking is a nightmare or just add 100 euro a day for parking, the 2 spaces are shared by all residents of the building including the bar staff. The reception was closed when we arrived (3.30pm) so just after check in time and we found the key in the bar below for the apartment with the bar staff, who was an arrogant not nice person shall we say, with no interest in anything except to give us the key. The room we booked was a double bed and was stated on the booking reservation, it was however just two single beds pushed together (single sheets etc , there was no topper over the 2 single beds or even double sheets or covers. As there was no one around and booking was no refundable we stayed, but brought it up with reception in the morning to be told a double is 2 singles, oh well time to more on

false avertising because they gave us a top floor apartment, which it was not advertised as compared to the others. had 6 flights of stairs to get up with no help with luggage. tiny shower/bathroom

Great location but would not choose that apartment for a 2 couple stay again.

Great location and the kitchen facilities were very useful.

Location was very noisy and late night revellers could be easily heard until the early hours (02:00 to 03:00). We were woken on all but one of our 4 night stays. The sleeping arrangements were not ideal, one of the bedrooms was on a mezzanine level and open plan to the kitchen and therefor not private. The stairs were steep and narrow.

overall an enjoyable stay with perfect location of the apartment.

Perfect location and good size for a group of 4. clean and well appointed with adequate linen etc. very helpful staff. Andrea was very helpful and got us umbrellas promptly on a rainy day for the whole group.

Lot of noise from the street due to late revellers at night and drilling from an adjacent building undergoing renovation. But most annoying was the noise coming from the apartment above through the ceiling with people walking and stamping feet late into the night and then again early morning. was difficult to get a peaceful sleep.

perfectly situated in the old town, our host Edina pointed us in a few directions, we explored all , thanks to her advice we had a lovely meal on the outskirts of town where the locals go, ( it was a long walk, up the serpentine) but stunning views Thanks Edina lovely stay

City centre location

It is in a fantastic location and there is a good amount of space in the room, it also had a small mezzanine.that had a sofa and TV. The bedding was nice and the bed comfortable The breakfast provision was a short walk away, it was adequate with some choices.

The cleanliness in parts of the room could gave been better, with thick layers of dust and cobwebs some on easy to reach areas eg. Mirror frames.

definitely not for the disabled elderly or couples with small children

the location was good right in the centre and amenities were all there

the loud noise on the streets as the window fell on stradun and there was no cleaning of the apartment the stairs to go up 2 high floors were too much for our 70+ yrs old group and worst was carrying the bags up

Bathroom per bedroom was good, air conditioning was effective, wifi was good, very clean, toiletries were provided, central location was good for facilities

It was rediculously noisy. There was a lot of noise from the main street until 2am and then deliveries started at 6.30, so we only got 4 and a half hours sleep. Sound proofing needs to be a priority. Also there was building work next door that was very noisy from early in the morning

Amazing location, mainly nicely decorated,lovely host

The apartment is in an amazing location. Right in the heart of Old Town Dubrovnik, everything is so close and convenient. The lady in charge Andrea was so helpful and gave great instructions how to get there and nice ideas to do round the town,and was always around to help. The flat is modern and beautiful, and in parts nicely decorated. The shower was power and they had shampoo and conditioner, body lotion, robes and slippers which was nice. Its also linked to he More hotel, so you can park there for free and use the hotel facilities.

To get to the flat we had to drag our suitcases down a Lot of stairs, which we didn't realise there was 2 side streets with ramps, which would've been nice if they'd mentioned it and where to park, but also maybe we should've asked, as we arrived at 3am and we did not want to wake them up. The address on Booking.com is for the main office not where we were staying. Read her instructions carefully. The flat could use a few more kitchen utilities, bigger cups, a dishwasher and a washing mashine would be nice. Also it's a bit mouldy and cracks in bathroom, noisy from the main street and the maid does not like her job as she hasn't cleaned or deep cleaned the apartment in a long time, even though Andrea really did try and get her to do it properly, she still doesn't really care. The sofa could use an update.

The room was comfortable and clean. The location was perfect!

The hostess met me at the car and walked me to the apartment describing attractions as we walked. She explained everything to me in detail. The location was perfect to see the fortress city. The room was spacious and well furnished. The air conditioner was great!
