*Please note: Phoenix West II, Oasis at OBA, is a smoke-free complex, except for designated outdoor smoking areas. The non-smoking policy, which include e-cigarettes, apply to all common areas (i.e. pool decks, stairwells, etc.), inside condominium units and on balconies.
Our beachfront unit is one of the most luxurious developments in Orange Beach, AL. Sleeps 8-10 guests with more amenities than anyone in the area.
Master suite with King-size bed, large new flat screen TV, Blu-Ray DVD, Large walk-in closets, Jacuzzi tub and stand up shower, w/ double vanity.
Second Bedroom has two queen beds and has a large flat screen TV, DVD as well as private bath with shower/tub combination. New white furnishings March 2024.
Third Bedroom has a King-size bed, large TV, Blue-Ray DVD player with private bath with Shower/tub combination. All beds are plush and have memory foam pillows.

Living room with 12 foot floor to ceiling windows is set up with large sectional, 2 new swivel & rocking club chairs (March 2024) and 2 ottomans.
Furniture is very comfortable & perfect for relaxing after a fun day on the beach.

Dining room, set up with six chairs and family style table, additional seating at kitchen counter with 3 bar stools.

Kitchen is fully equipment with modern appliances: Stove, new microwave (2024), dishwasher, new garbage disposal(2024), refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, Mr. Coffee maker as well. Dishes, silverware, pots, pans, crock-pot, and large Stainless Steel refrigerator included.

Patio/Balcony boasts beautiful views of Gulf of Mexico blue water and white sandy beaches. Patio furniture includes table, Polywood six chairs and 2 chaise lounge chairs.

Unit is clean, comfortable, and constently updated for you to enjoy.

Condo is on white sand beach, rental lounges and umbrellas are available on the beach. Phoenix West II, "Oasis at OBA" has a large lazy river on the beach side, outdoor and heated indoor pools, kids play area, large two story exercise room, equipment with sauna, steam room, hot tubs, and beach view.
The complex has a Ball Room for special events, such as weddings, private parties, business meetings, etc. It's also equipped with two kitchens.
There are many restaurants and bars in nearby community that have a wide variety of foods as well as prices. Plenty of places to take the kids, putt-putt golf, arcades, go-carts, shopping, miniature golf, water parks, horse back, etc.

Our family had a great vacation here! Right on the beach, clean & well-appointed condo, and the pool/lazy river was great to have! Also nice to have the cafe with food options & the bar & adult pool!

We really enjoyed our vacation and staying in this unit. The owner was very available and responsive, especially when we were trying to clarify check-in time. The furniture was comfortable, and really facilitated our family interacting. The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking and eating/drinking items. There is both a coffee pot and Keurig. There is a new bistro and bar at the facility. It’s pricey, but convenient and really good! The only occasional challenge was getting the elevator to come to the 31st floor. However, we were there on Memorial Day, and tried to go down about 10am. A combination of reasonable expectations and riding the elevator at non-peak times will help you navigate this. We would not be dissuaded by this…it is just a tip for future guests. We would be very happy to return to this unit when we need a 3 bedroom condo at Orange Beach!

We had a great time this weekend. We were a group of 6 women and girls for a family girls trip. We had a little trouble with a toilet, but texted Angela and it was taken care of. The property is excellent! Clean, plenty of space, comfortable seating, nice kitchen area... truly, anything you could need is there! Angela was very responsive and super easy to communicate with! Highly recommend this property to stay at, especially if you have a lot of females and need an extra bathroom! The only thing that wasn't great was the master bedroom mattress was worn enough that one of us had to pull out the murphy bed in the den area so the other could sleep in the middle of the bed to be comfortable for both. We made it work and had a wonderful time! Thanks so much for providing a beautiful space to stay! We hope to be back again!

Very busy time to stay which made the elevator availability difficult for the 31st floor but the owner was very responsive and helpful and the unit was nicely appointed.

Spring Break 2024 turned into a mini reunion as we were able to meet the newest member of the family (age 10 months). Our accommodations included a pack and play which was put to good use. 31st Floor offered premier views of sunrise, beach walkers, and helicopters flying lower than our line of sight. Our hosts were responsive to any questions or concerns and we will certainly return.

This was our first trip to Orange Beach! Our daughter had a cheerleading competition this past weekend and we were nervous about staying somewhere new, but we were blown away. This condo is beyond gorgeous. It was clean, well decorated and had everything we needed. The beds were even comfortable. The location was perfect and the owner gave us many recommendations for dining and shopping. The owner was very quick to respond with any questions we had as well. I can’t say enough wonderful things. We never wanted to leave. Everyone that stayed have already been looking for a time to book here again in the summer! Thank you for the amazing stay!

Wow! This property is just how the pictures look. Everything is clean. The views are breathtaking and the property itself is so nice. This was my 9 month olds first trip to the beach and it is a trip we will never forget. I would recommend this property to anyone.

The condo and property were both very nice. The condo was very clean and well equipped. This property, however, has a serious elevator property. We waited for 30 minutes for an elevator! I don’t think we will return to Phoenix West II because of this. There are just too many floors and elevators cannot accommodate them. We simply cannot wait 30 minutes for an elevator to go to dinner or the beach. If it were not for the elevators, we would return for sure. The condo is in a great location., near to grocery stores and amusement areas.

This condo was perfect for our family! The ice machine was a huge bonus. I was a little nervous being on the 31st floor being so far from bottom level as i have 2 severe knee injuries and on crutches and in brace, but the elevators were usually very quick and not a lot of wait time. Beach staff was also very helpful in assisting when needed! Would recommend to others and would definitely stay again.

Check in was seamless, communication great. Facility staff all friendly. Don’t worry about your sand toys, beach chairs or umbrellas- they’ve got you covered. The view is incredible from the top 31st floor. Beautifully decorated, wonderfully cared for and everything so comfortable. As a fellow vacation rental owner I was very impressed in the TLC that’s gone into this beautiful listing. We thoroughly enjoyed everything about our stay and look forward to coming back next year.

This unit was fantastic! The pictures do not do it justice. It was even better in person. A few things to keep in mind: you need to bring your own coffee filters and sugar/sugar substitute if you don’t want to use the keurig (the house info we received prior to staying said to clean out all food and food items but I assumed there would be filters - there are not). The elevators take a long time during peak usage hours. You could be waiting 20-30 mins at times. There’s an extra ice maker in the unit. It’s fantastic! There are tons of board games to use. This place was great and we’d rent again.

We had a great experience. The condo was very clean and well appointed. Even though some of the building’s amenities were under construction our kids still found plenty of things to do. The beach is amazing. My only criticism is you can’t walk anywhere, so we drove everywhere we went. I’d come back if we were to visit Orange Beach again!

Honestly, this was one of the best condos we’ve ever stayed in!!!! Super clean, spacious and fully stocked!!!! Angela, the owner, was amazing! She responded promptly to every question I had. We needed some extra blankets and within a couple of hours, she had them delivered to us. I can’t say enough great things about this condo. We will definitely be back!!!

Condo was just as expected! Condo was clean, had plenty of cooking utensils and I loved they had extra beach stuff for you to use in the laundry. It beats having to buy it just for the trip. Owner was VERY accommodating and responsive. Although the trip was planned, we ended up coming in early from Louisiana just wanting to get away from Hurricane Ida’s aftermath. Owner made this happen for us! I think the best part of the trip was the surprise breakfast delivery our first morning. The kids thought they had hit the jackpot!

The condo was awesome- Angela was amazing to communicate with!!! The elevator situation was not good- we waited 2 different times for 25-30 minutes!!! That is too long with little ones and being on the 31st floor made using the stairs difficult!! the pool was not very clean- tons of sand and debris- but I am sure it is hard to keep it clean.. The outdoor restaurant was not good I am sorry to say- we were excited about it but once we had the cheeseburger we did not eat there again!! Again the condo was awesome- the things we did not really like were out of the owner's control!!!
