CLEAN!! 3 Bedroom/3.5 Bath condo sleeps 8 people.

Welcome to Unit D1104 at the Turquoise Place. Turquoise Place is located directly on the sugar white sands of the Gulf Of Mexico in Orange Beach, Alabama. This property is a premier resort offering first class amenities and is the most luxurious condominium on the the coast. Our 3 Bedroom/3.5 Bath condo is located on the 11the floor in building D (which is the building with the lazy river) and has over 2300 square feet of living space.
The Master Bedroom has a king bed. Guest Bedroom 1 has a king bed. Guest Bedroom 2 has 2 full size beds.

The private 400 square foot balcony features an outdoor grill with sink and hot tub which allows for you to cook and relax with the unobstructed views of the pristine Gulf Of Mexico. The balcony is accessible from the Living Room and the Master Bedroom.

The kitchen features Sub Zero and Wolfe Kitchen appliances...I call it the Dream kitchen and it is fully equipped with everything you need to cook up some fresh fish. We have flat screen Tv's in every Bedroom as well as the Master Bath. The wet bar features a wine cooler as well as an ice maker. The laundry room is spacious with a front loading washer and dryer as well as a sink.

In the living room you will have a glass fireplace that turns on with the flip of a switch and a 65" HD TV above. I cannot say enough good about this property other than I’ve been home less than 24 hours and have already booked this unit for another stay! The views were incredible, the unit was beautifully decorated and super clean!!!! Steps away from everything, the elevator, pool, lazy river lobby etc. check in was a breeze and working with Jason was easy peasy. The kitchen was STOCKED, everything I needed to prepare meals for my group of 6 was there! You will not be disappointed with this unit!

The condo was absolutely perfect. Super clean, spacious, and updated. The check in process was one of the easiest I’ve experienced, only took about 2 minutes. Host kept us updated with anything we needed to know. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The condo was absolutely perfect for our short stay - having the hot tub was a plus as the water was too cold to go swimming in the ocean! The patio was a perfect getaway for our family to spend time together! Everything was clean and had all the essentials available with a reminder from the owners what extras we should bring, we will definitely stay here again!

Overall, we were very pleased with our stay. The floor to ceiling windows provided the most spectacular view you could ask for. The condo is very spacious and has very easy access to the elevator. Loved the laundry area as well. The designated spot made parking a breeze. The building has fabulous amenities on the 4th floor including indoor pool, hot tubs, and heated lazy river! The balcony feels private as well which we loved! The only disappointment was the hot tub. It didn’t seem to stay super hot once you take the cover off and get in. I did message the owner who helped us get it out of sleep mode but unfortunately even then we couldn’t get it to maintain temperature. Overall, this was the nicest condo we’ve stayed in at Orange Beach and by far the most amazing views!!

Great condo, we would have booked for next year but it went up $145 per day. A few issues, the fireplace did not work, had maintenance look at it but said they could not fix it. The hot tub never worked because of water quality issues but the host had no control over that, it was a total complex issue. Overall Jason was great to work with.

I would certainly stay here again! The condo was beautiful and well maintained! The view was amazing. Hot tub was relaxing! The unit was clean and well maintained. All the conveniences of home were readily available in the kitchen. TVs in every room were appreciated to keep the kids entertained between beach sessions. Beautiful condo and very responsive host! We have stayed at this specific condo several times before and have always been pleased. Owner takes obvious pride in his property and stays on top of maintenance. Cannot beat this property in Orange Beach! Although there is some construction on the property, we experienced no disruption and look forward to the improvements.

The condo is amazing. The pictures online don’t do it justice. Plenty of space for everyone and the amenities on the premises is awesome. Lazy River, big pool (with bar & food for purchase), beach is 100 feet away. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great condo! We were there two weeks and we had so much fun. This was our third time to stay at Turquoise but our first time in this building. We liked it better than the east building due to the proximity to the pool and lazy river.

The property is in the process of replacing most (not all) of the hot tubs. Ours was not available for the entire week. While we understand the reason for the inconvenience, we would have appreciated knowing this before arriving. At least 1 commode seat was insecure. TV in den is poorly mounted and in danger of falling if adjustment is attempted. All TV's in rental units should be Smart TV's. This condo does not have them. The range vent controls do not work correctly. The igniter on the patio is broken and was out of order for our stay. Toilet tissue holders in at lease 2 bathrooms are loose. The unit presents well, but certainly needs some attention to detail to make it stand out. This was our third time renting at Turquoise Place. Our first two experiences were Top Shelf.

It's hard to beat a warm April break when you are traveling from New England which is still quite chilly but our stay at the condo made it even more spectacular! The balcony, the ease of the rental for everything from parking to pools and the beach. It was a really magical week. We'll all forever remember the beach walks and the sunrises and sunsets. We'll definitely be back!

Spacious and clean 11th floor condo with amazing views of the Gulf. Fully equipped kitchen. The ice maker kept up with all of our drinks and coolers. Unit is close to the elevator and main lobby out to the beach. Great shore fishing (black drum, pompano and whiting). The indoor pool was perfect for the cooler days. We usually travel with a hard-top cargo roof carrier and was worried we'd have to remove it before entering the parking garage. Nope, there were several stalls in the garage that would accommodate our SUV perfectly without having to remove it. Owner was quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

Hot tub was out of commission due to a bacteria issue on site. We were informed on day of arrival that the dishwasher was not working…. Garbage disposal/sink was backed up and overflowed, causing a horrible stench throughout condo. When departing, the cleaning crew told us they had let the owners know of this issue multiple times. We also ran into problems checking in, as 5/7 people in our group were 24 years of age, and The Turquoise policy states you must be 25 to book(this is not listed on the rules/policy list for VRBO). Because of our age, Jason assumed that we would be on spring break & insinuated that we would not take care of the property. I would not recommend for young groups.

We’ve stayed at a lot of places at Orange Beach, but this one was our favorite! Perfect for the kids with all the indoor, outdoor pools, and lazy river. Of course the view was amazing. The condo had all the right amenities and little touches like puzzles and books for all ages was just the right touch. Can’t wait to go back again!! In addition Jason was the best I’ve had in along time and was very prompt at answering all my questions☺️

3rd time staying at this condo. Everything was perfect and as expected with the only issue being that all patio hot tubs were out of commission due to a report of Legionnaires. I understand the urgency and severity of the situation but somehow missed the heads up from the owner.
