Convenient location for exploring Venice

Foresteria Levi is a charming hotel in an ideal location, right by the Accademia Bridge, making it super convenient for exploring Venice. The rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, and the hotel’s setting offers a quiet, authentic Venetian feel without being too far from the city’s main attractions. Breakfast was fine. The staff was helpful and welcoming, ready to assist with recommendations and directions around the city.

Next time we would not mind having a bottle of champagne as featured in some of the photos, ;)

Agréable séjour

L’emplacement. Très proche du vaporetto . Des restaurants également proche. La place St Marc à 19 mns à pied. Gentillesse des personnes à l’accueil.

Pour le petit déjeuner on a eu une seule fois du pain aux céréales !

idéal pour la visite de Venise

l'emplacement est top car vraiment central vous pouvez arriver en bateau taxi directement à l'hôtel mais aussi avec les principale ligne de vaporetto qui s'arrêtent tout prêt et c'est super simple à trouver le prix pour Venise est très correct et donc rapport qualité prix est très bon le petit déjeuner est suffisant mais peu de variétés salées la chambre en mezzanine est spacieuse et celle que nous avions avait 5 places c'est très calme

globalement c'est un peu vieillot mais c'est pas cher pour Venise rien de négatif à dire

Awesome, right in the heart of Venice. Super quality/price

Position: in the heart if Venice, one side in a very typical "calle", the facede on Canal Grande...close to every spot Hygiene: rooms and bathroom clean and not that old as someone could expect from an historical Palace. Prize/Quality: excellent considering the venetian average; Staff: disposable, kind and patient...amazing team. I lost one of my stuff and they found it in the room in a couple of hours. A plus: my room would be confortable for people on wheelchair too

Actually I can't see bad things... The indication about how to reach the hotel should be updated in google...for a tourist it could took a bit more to understand what bridge to be crossed or calle to be walked to arrive to the entrance.

Beware the smaller room - check what you are paying for or rather contact the property direct

The staff were lively and the position was great. The breakfast was simple but pleasant

The room was small and at the back end of the hotel with no view - I think the fault may lie with booking.com as I thought I had booked a bigger room with a view and ended up with this corner cupboard!!! Probably better to contact the property direct to see what you are getting. No milk in the rooms for tea. Just disappointing that one doesn’t get what you think you have booked and paying a lot for

Posizione incantevole

La posizione è assolutamente top, direttamente sul canal Grande con attracco privato. La camera pulitissima, arredata in maniera semplice ma funzionale e con qualche tocco di originalità.

La colazione di qualità ma il prezzo forse un pò alto, soprattuto perchè non c'è differenza di prezzo tra adulti e bambini

Muy buen desayuno y atención del personal, la habitación es de tamaño adecuado, con todas las comodidades.

Es fácil perderse para llegar, recomiendo pedir indicaciones directamente al lugar para mejor ubicación, una vez entiendes el camino llegas fácil.

Muy bien, repetiría

Muy bien comunicado con el resto de puntos de interés (paradas de vaporetto muy cercanas y delante del Gran Canal). También es muy buen sitio para ir caminando a cualquier parte de la ciudad. El desayuno buffet por 10€/persona está muy bien teniendo en cuenta que en las cafeterías ya te gastas eso con sólo un café y un croissant o algo de bollería. Pudimos dejar las maletas tanto antes del check in como después del check out.

Las almohadas, que eran muy finas.

The hotel was lovely and clean. We were wowed by the docking area just on the courtyard - amazing!

The room was lovely but a little small for a family of 3 adults and it was a little bit dark but can’t be helped due to the location.

Convenient to boat transport.

Breakfast....cold coffee, dry croissant, plain yoghurt. Dragging luggage over the huge Academia bridge.

Excellent stay in perfect location.

The location was excellent and easy to find which is a bonus. The elevator worked great. There were 4 in our room plus a baby and we were fine. I'd stay again if I went back.

The shower was small but the water was hot so really no problem since hot water is my priority! The floor in the washroom seemed slippery but that could just be me.

It was okay. I would not stay here again.

The location

Our first room was musty and smelt bad. The worst issue was that there was black mold in the bathroom. I went to front desk, showed them pictures, and we were offered to see another room since there was no cleaning person available anymore. The second “cleaned” room we were shown had trash, empty water bottles, all over the table. Our third room that was shown to us thankfully was clean and we ended up staying there. The front desk was helpful, but the cleaning was terrible.

Nice Hotel Well Located

location was excellent. rooms were nice. shower worked well.

not enough electrical outlets in room. Had to unplug lamps to charge our phones and other devices. A/C in room did not work. We would adjust temperature and nothing would happen. Had to open window to cool off room but there are no screens so bugs get in. In October there are still mosquitoes in Venice.
