Good place. But the heating needs fixing!

It was clean, the bed was comfortable. the breakfast was ok.

Heating didn’t work. By the morning the room was freezing cold. I was too tired at 2 am to report it as it was an urgent business trip and I was dead tired.

Hotel front dest staff were helpful and professional. Cleaners were also helpful and friendly.

Breakfast staff were OK but could do with a bit of smile on their faces which would make a difference. I understand they are busy and under a lot of pressure. But a bit of a smile could help. Drainage outside hotel need to be sorted out. My car almost broke down after driving through deep flood outside the hotel

Good place to break a long journey. 5 minutes from Junction 9 of the M6.

Arrived at about 11.30pm - in many hotels you would have to ring for the night porter but the door was open and there were two staff on reception. Room was fine for a one night stay - comfortable bed and decent shower. Despite being a stone's throw from the M6, the traffic was only just audible. Excellent breakfast - friendly staff in restaurant.

Car park was full when we arrived, but we found a space near the adjacent football stadium.

Stay was good however we expected we were going to get rooms with a connected door.

Breakfast were as expected

The timing for breakfast and checking out was not as stayed as on the website. This needed to be accurate so that people don’t have to be rushed.

Suitable for a lay over night. Clean, friendly and reasonable price

A comfortable hotel although due to its location is probably more used to football fans than couples. The hotel is geared up for such. Never the less it was clean, comfortable and ideal for a one night lay over.

No car park spaces left. Booked a double room but got a twin instead (adjoining to next room). Noisy... doors slamming... guests coming/ going...M6 traffic noise...ait con didn't work. Room was dirty.

Nice room

Nice room, air con was great in the heat wave, Fridge an extra bonus. Good location for a half way stop.

Reception person couldn't be bothered, (although other staff were fine). Restaurant was very hot and only one menu to pass round all tables.

Fantastic

I was in Walsall visiting my son. The location was perfect. So handy to the train station. I only had breakfast on 2 occasions but the food was superb. My room was spotless and the staff were all pleasant and friendly.

The only issue I had was the fridge in my room was incredibly noisy.
