Spotless accommodation, Jay was great. Wish there was a Woden Boutique in every city. Best accommodation around.
Nothing.

La décoration, la propreté, les boissons chaudes dans la chambre , le micro-onde à disposition et le comfort de la literie . Le personnel très réactif à distance si besoin.
Rien à signaler .

The decor is lovely, and the bed is extremely comfortable. The bathroom well appointed, and the sensor lights a nice touch.
Minor things - fridge is noisy, that got turned off for sleeping. The room got very warm very quickly. The fan provided is helpful.

Self check in so we could easily arrive after we finished work in Cannock. Clean and comfortable once inside with a sensible checkout time.
All good

The room and building overall was neutrally decorated which ran throughout the building. Very modern and visually appealing. The pillows were thick and amazing.
There was no dislikes as such, just having a bad back and walking up to the top floor with a heavy suitcase, however its not a negative against the property.

Everything went very smooth, great location, couple of minutes walk to local town Wednesbury where there is plenty of pubs and restaurants, will definitely be going back

Clean, simple to access & great parking. Lovely room interior too, & a very hot shower!

Great communication to access the property. The bed was super comfy and room was really clean. The welcome note with my name on was a nice touch.
I had the balcony room & the letter box flapped in the wind. I did stay during storm Jocelyn though so I'd imagine it wouldn't always do this!

It was available, and reasonably close to where I wanted to work the following day.
The room was reasonably comfortable, but pretty basic.
Wetherspoons was close by.
So you place your "non-refundable / non-cancellable" reservation, and the nightmare Customer Experience begins;
You start getting a string of emails explaining what they mean by "Boutique Hotel..." There are no staff; there is no reception; you have to jump through endless hoops; you HAVE to do this, you HAVE to do that...
You have to send them a scan of your driving licence or passport, because the whole place is "touchless" so you never see anyone. You then have to pay them and EXTRA "Security Deposit" of £50, because their godawful business model means they don't trust you not to trash the room.
Then you get complicated instructions for how to enter the property and the room on arrival. You arrive to find there are about 5-6 parking spaces, so you have to leave your car half-on / half-off the pavement out on the road.
You press lots of buttons and end up inside - essentially, it's a cross between a posh student squat and an HMO - just lots of corridors and faceless rooms, and a "Communal Kitchen".
After 10 minutes in your soulless, bare room you're ready to slit your wrists or put a lightbulb in the in-room microwave, you're so bored and depressed you find Wetherspoons is 3 minutes walk away, so go there for some decent human interaction - when was the last time you heard yourself saying that about any of "Sir Tim's" Mos Eisley Cantina establishments?
Overall, an awful Customer experience and a terrible, soulless business model. If you're going to be lazy and cut corners, and be the hotel equivalent of Ryanair then fine - but that needs to be reflected in the price; I paid £119 for one night in hell, which IMO is WAAAAY over the top.
And it did occur to me that I was in real danger if I had an accident or was taken unwell - no phone in the room, no staff onsite, nobody around except the odd muffled noise of other strangers behind the anonymous bedroom doors.

Room was very clean, comfortable and excellently decorated and had everything you would expect - even had a personalised welcome message in each room
Checking in via email may not be to all tastes - but was no problem at all
nothing not to like in the hotel

Everything was spot on no complaints at all. Would highly recommend. Location very good for shops and public transport.

Very clean and full of amenities e.g. hair dryer, iron with iron board, microwave, mini-fridge and then kitchenette. Jay was an amazing remote host! Very professional and kindly upgraded us to a larger room; was available to answer questions when calling; very kindly allowed us have a slightly later check out. Overall very accommodating and will be sure to book here again when visiting Birmingham.
None really! If I was being very picky, then the Netflix connectivity in our particular room was temperamental but just remember to take your iPad or laptop as a back up.

The shower room light switches off if you stay in shower for 4 minutes. The bedside lights flicker so not wired correctly

Everything was very new, very clean and comfortable. It had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. It was all well thought out. Pillows were incredible. Just an fyi, it is more like an air bnb as there are no staff there so you do need to send a picture of your ID and pay a deposit of £50. They send you the codes to enter once you’ve done this
We had booked a room with a standard double which is fine but a bit small, not the giant hotel beds you normally get.
I am not a huge fan of paying deposits!

The hotel was extremely clean, as a lone traveller, appreciated the microwave in the room. The communication from Jay was excellent.

Very modern and tastefully done up. No contact with staff and I did not miss anything.
The room was small, but adequate for 1 peraon. I would recommend other options for couple.
