The house has a total of 7 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms and 1 toilet. 5 of the rooms are en suite and 5 are in the main house and another 2 attached, for comfort and privacy of guests. AACC offers, underfloor heating, electric awnings, Wifi, 3D TV, TV in every room, in the kitchen, living rooms, music in every room and outdoor sauna, well equipped kitchen, large pantry, fireplaces, etc. The exteriors are very broad and created especially for outdoor living with a large barbecue with all the equipment: barbecue stove, a gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, TV, etc. Hammocks, Balinese beds, Zones "Chill out". Outdoor pool 12 x 7 x 12 heated. Outdoor heated spa, Mediterranean-style gardens with lawn, surrounded by a plot of typical local forest, giving it a unique privacy.
Just 700 MRTs house is Santa Gertrudis, picturesque village best known of the island. With several teindas for shopping, supernmercados, bars and above all, the best restaurants on the island are located in the same town.
Thus, the main towns and beaches of the island, are in a halfway house situation, since it is in the center of the island and you can either choose any point of interest in the varied existing supply.
Emphasize that the villa is located in one of the most natural and privileged island environments, for wonderful walks or playing sports, there is even a bike path adapted on the same road that leads to the villa.
