Everything you need all in one place, great little location. Table and chairs outside fridge freezer, microwave really comfy bed and pillows all the little extras like breakfast bars and packets of cereal plus milk in the fridge.
First time ever I didn’t bring any shampoo with me and there wasn’t any but they did have lovely body wash and lots of other little things. With it being the weekend it would be better if we could check out a little later like most places do at 11 o’clock because people tend to have a drink.

Compact, everything provided, including microwave, fridge/freezer, state of the art kettle. Private bathroom was even better than en-suite, because of being a separate room 2 steps away from bedroom
All good

A helpful, responsive host. Cosy, comfortable accommodation very near to the sea, lots of open skies. The basic self catering amenities worked very well for us. The added breakfast supplies, especially the Gluten free cereals were an added bonus. Very peaceful and private.

The room was clean and had everything we needed along with a nice sea view. The host was very nice and made things very easy for us. We would definitely come back again.

We loved the location and used the holiday park club which had an excellent band. The room was clean and bed comfortable..
The door to the loo didn't have totally obscure glass so it wasn't totaöly private from the other occupant. We are 2 very good friends so we made it work.

Lovely pretty seaside feel and hospitality tray very good. The host was very friendly and helpful!
Would of been better nearer to Warsash but it was fine just what we needed in the end .
To be more private away from.the hustle and bustle and to enjoy the beauty of the area.

For my first two nights I stayed in the room with a seaview. It was spotlessly clean and the bed very comfortable. Lin provided tea, coffee, milk, cereals and snack bars. There was a fridge and microwave. Good shower. I couldn't ask for more. A real find and already booked for 2 more stays! My next review is of the garden room which I moved to for the next nights.
There is nothing to not like about Cove Cott.

The garden room is also excellent with good-size fridge/freezer and microwave. There is a large private bathroom across the corridor with a bath and very roomy shower. Again Lin has provided extras including little toiletries. Cove Cott is perfect for exploring the surrounding coast and countryside by car. The front garden overlooking the Isle of Wight is perfect for relaxing. I spent hours just enjoying the peace and quiet even though it is situated on the edge of Solent Breezes holiday park, often in the company of Flo and Tex, Lin's Jack Russells. Daily sitings of deer, kestrels and other wildlife. There is a bar/restaurant in the park with lovely views across the Solent. The food is standard pub fare but fine. Lin is a fantastic hostess.

Great location with walking access to the local holiday park. Compact and clean rooms with all your basic needs met. Set in a quiet location with helpful host.
One of our 2 rooms had an extremely small sink which was only ideal for washing hands, not faces!

Room opens into garden area, great especial this hot summer - limited sea view but can see ships sailing by. Friendly host. Milk ready in fridge. Nice half size fridge with good size freezer (own door) very effective keeping ice cubes frozen which were put there by host. Cereal and snack bars supplied. Shower very good. Very clean room. Comfortable beds - quiet room, slept very well. Wi fi good. TV good. A cosy room. Bath robes, towels, soap etc supplied. Parking on drive.
The cloakroom sink is located in the room itself because not enough room in the bathroom - that's ok but the sink could be a bit bigger.
Maybe fit a shelf near the microwave and kettle area to give a bit of work surface to prepare simple breakfast.

Very peaceful and quiet. Bed comfortable. Good sized bathroom with powerful shower. it was outside the bedroom across a small hallway but was exclusive use for rhe room. Its always nice to have a fridge.
It wasn't what I expected. Nowhere in the adverts did it mention that it was actually on Solent Breezes Holiday park. . In fact it is a room in a private house. which is situated on the park All the adverts on the web said it was B & B but when I asked where I went for breakfast I was told,.' This is self catering there is NO breakfast.' There were two small packets of Coco pops in a hamper and two muesi bars and milk in the fridge. The large double bed took up most of the room which was OK as I was on my own, but it would have been very crowded for two people. There was no table to eat at just one chair facing a desk that housed the TV with little room to put a plate if it was self catering The only sink to wash any cup or dishes was the bathroom sink. There was no duvet or blanket ion the bed just the bed sheet and pillow cases So I presume you are meant to bring your own. There was a red throw in the wardrobe so I used that and slept in my dressing gown. The bedside lights which were shaped as Lighthouses were very pretty but no use at all for reading by which I like to do in bed. All in all a fair price and it served its purpose and may well appeal to some people for its nautical theme, but the adverts online were misleading.
