Great place to stay for a short visit to Palma.

Location was great, close to the centre and several nice restaurants and cafes on the street. The staff were very friendly and check in was fast.

Rooms were quite compact.

Gute Lage, toller Preis, top Personal!

Die Lage ist top. Die Bushaltestelle zum Flughafen ist nur 2 min zu Fuß. Ca. 10 min bis zum Hauptbahnhof, wo die meisten Busse abfahren. Das Personal ist sehr höflich und freundlich. Kann ich nur empfehlen!

Das Zimmer ist sehr hellhörig. Man kann alles hören, auch beim Öffnen der Tür im Bad. Dafür ist auch sehr laut, wenn ein Zimmer geputzt wird, weil man alle kleine Bewegungen hören kann.

Сподобалось місце розташування і сніданки , на рецепції адміністратори приємні і ввічливі

Забула навушники в номері - точно впевнена, що саме там. Розумію, що винна сама, але сподівалась на порядність персоналу ..нажаль сказали , що не знайшли .. тому будьте обачні щ речами - готель навряд чи вам їх поверне

Grosse déception au niveau de la chambre d'hôtel, beaucoup trop cher pour la prestation.

Déception au regard d'un hôtel qui affiche 4 étoiles. Seul l'emplacement est très bien.

Mais les chambres sont vraiment très petites, elles ne donnent pas envie de rentrer. la salle de bain minuscule, les wc sont coincés entre la douche et le lavabo. ...Aucun échantillon de produits de soin Même pas un verre dans la salle de bain pour se laver les dents L'étroitesse de la chambre fait que la télévision est totalement décalée, un seul fauteuil. Lit très mou.... Ménage au sol pas fait de toute la semaine La chambre a une bouilloire mais aucune tasse et aucun échantillon de thé, café, sucre.... Le petit déjeuner est vraiment très simple, toujours la même chose, alimenté au compte goutte, beaucoup trop cher pour le prix !

Nice hotel close to everything

Room was very nice, we got a top level room with a nice view. The person at the reception was very helpful with recommendations and general information. All central attractions are within walking distance (the large intermodal station is 12 minutes on foot) Breakfast was very good, did not expect it. The diversity is not so great, but all products were above my expectation in terms of quality and taste.

There is no place to dry your swimsuits or beach towels Prices at the bar are exaggerated (2.9 for a small sparkling water)

Volvería. Ubicación ideal y cama comodísima

Ubicación perfecta para conocer la ciudad de Palma y con aparcamiento de línea azul en las inmediaciones, también parking de pago cerca. La cama era muy cómoda. El desayuno está bien y el personal es muy amable.

Los precios en Palma son muy elevados en general.

Staff molto preparato e cordiale.

Posizione molto comoda ed è a 7 minuti dal centro di Palma a piedi e la posizione è strategica per spostarsi con l'auto.

Mancava il telefono in camera e per qualsiasi cosa si doveva scendere e chiedere alla reception.

Nice, friendly place near the city centre.

The hotel offers a pleasant stay and if you are lucky some of the rooms have a beautiful view over the city centre. Staff in the hotel is very friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient, as it is 2 min away from the A1 line bus station, which goes to the airport. Moreover, the city centre is only a 15 min walk away. Nearby there is a lot of cosy and if wanted, busy bars and restaurants, as well as grocery shops.

Breakfast is not included in the price and it is quite expensive. Moreover, the walls in the hotel are quite thin, which means it is possible to hear other guests during the night.

Would be more than happy to stay at the Palladium again.

Modern and suitably comfortable. Friendly reception and serving staff. Breakfast could not be faulted and the airline bus stop opposite the hotel entrance was a welcome bonus.

We would not want to stay there again

Well situated and friendly staff particularly the night receptionist.

We were disappointed by the quality of everything in the room. No glasses for water just paper cups. We had to ask for two towels - poor quality. Single beds!!!

The place to be to relax and destress from work!

The staff was super friendly and helpful! The first day we arrived it was raining, so they offered us some umbrellas. We were also learning Spanish, so they spoke really slow for us so we could understand it and reply in Spanish. The staff was really amazing!

The wifi connection was sometimes a little bit slow, but we were there to relax, so it was really not a problem at all for us that the wifi was slow. To be honest, our trip was really amazing and the hotel was great for our trip too!
