Buena relación calidad precio

La relación calidad-precio está muy bien. La comida del buffet tenía variedad y la limpieza era correcta

En general todo estuvo bien. Comentar que las limpiadoras llegaban casi todos los dias a partir de las 14.00, cuando ya habiamos comido y queríamos echarnos un rato, lo cual era molesto si se te pasaba poner el cartel de no molestar y entraban. Las instalaciones no son muy nuevas lo cual hace que la sensación general sea menor a un 4 estrellas.

Vacaciones excepcionales en familia

Al ser apartamento y no habitación, hay más espacio para estar más cómodo que si solo fuera una habitación. Iba preocupado por comentarios acerca del buffet y su poca oferta y calidad y para mi gusto me llevé una grata sorpresa. Tanto la calidad como la variedad estaba muy por encima de lo que me esperaba. Siempre había opciones apetecibles, saludables, más de batalla y mención especial a las paellas y fideuas. El hotel está prácticamente en la playa, sales y estás en ella. Todo el personal es super agradable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar en todas tu peticiones.

El horario de la animación, sobre todo en la minidisco me parece bastante tarde para los niños. En horarios más concurridos, quizás los ascensores algo escasos para tanta gente.

Bien pero esperábamos un poco más

La ubicación, actividades y personal, sobre todo un detalle que tuvo el chico en recepción que nos pudo dar una habitación con vistas laterales al mar.

La habitación, creo que deberían de mejorar las habitaciones, para ser 4 estrellas tenían muchos desperfectos, marcó de la puerta rotos, parches en las paredes, nevera que parecen del Vietnam etc.

Buen sitio en calidad precio

Las habitaciones e instalaciones estaban muy bien, piscinas grandes, el servicio genial y la comida estaba buena aunque para mí gusto muy repetitiva, los animadores de piscina unos encantos y muy divertidos

Las bebidas para mí parecer eran muy caras, 3.20€ una cerveza, la animación de dentro muy floja.

Decepcionante

La limpieza y el personal. Las camas eran cómodas. Buena ubicación rodeado de bares, restaurantes y comercios.

Habitaciones muy antiguas y nada insonorizadas (parece que la animación la tienes dentro de tu habitación). Además cortinas muy oscuras lo que te obliga a tenerlas abiertas y no tener intimidad o tener la luz encendida durante el día. Pero lo peor sin duda el buffet, pésima calidad y variedad y los postres malísimos . Es barato así que no esperábamos gran cosa pero aún así ha sido peor de lo esperado. También coincidimos con varios grupos de niños, viajes escolares y equipos de fútbol por lo que desayunar, cenar o estar en la piscina era estresante. Le sobra una estrella. No repetiremos.

Very nice friendly service/reception The hotel is nicely located, direct access to a large beach

I only stayed one night hotel with interesting architecture However, the apartments should be thoroughly renovated, especially the kitchen! I didn't have time to use the swimming pool, it's not very big. I must admit that the breakfast was very poor, with little choice.

Una estancia perfecta.

Fué un viaje de trabajo con una estancia corta. Los apartamentos de mi compañero y el mío los encontramos perfectos. Nada que objetar. El restaurante La Chalupa muy agradable, con comida sencilla y de muy buena calidad. El personal del hotel muy amable y atento.

Me gustó todo. Realmente no encontré nada que no me gustara. Hay que comparar este hotel con otros de su categoría y para mi es el mejor de Roquetas de Mar. Tanto mi compañero como yo nos fuimos con ganas de volver.

- Great and BIG pool, life guards from 10 until 6pm - Location just perfect 1 minute from the beach. - Convenient Shop opposite of the Hotel. - Excellent food !!!

Lovely place, amazing staff

The staff were super nice and went the extra mile with tips on how to make the best out of the facilities. There was entertainment and lots of activities for kids.

The extra charges like parking and drinks not being included in the package.

The location, very close to the beach, is very good

Very noisy at night, almost unable to rest due to the noise of the street. Rooms very neglected and dirty. Bed with one of these mattresses that folds as you lie down. Rooms with poor quality in general

Lovely spacious rooms and balcony. Plenty of sun beds round the pool.

Entertainment very loud in the atrium until late. Breakfast choices.

Liked the hotel, staff and location but not the hoards of teenagers!

Location was very good. Liked being right by the beach. Swimming pool was good. Good quality food in the restaurant and plenty of choice at all meals.

Very large groups of summer school type teenagers staying here constantly. Very noisy when they were in their rooms shouting across to the other balconies. Made dinner very busy. Also made pool very crowded and noisy / boisterous when they were there.

We loved the staff. Everyone was very helpful and kind. The entertainment team were exceptional.

Amazing

The property was in a perfect location on the beach with plenty of bar’s and restaurants around. the hotel had a lovely vibe and the staff were very helpful, kind and polite. we got an upgrade to a sea view room we loved it so much we stayed an extra night. thank you for an amazing stay will definitely be returning.

Nice but a bit outdated hotel right on the beach

We had an ocean view room with terrace which was fabulous. The rooms had plenty of space. It was nice that there was music and dancing in the evening. Breakfast had lots of items to choose from.

The room was a bit outdated but understandably for the price paid.

Very disappointing

We like the location of Bahia Serena, having been before. It is good to be able to go straight out for a walk. Spar supermarket over the road, is well stocked.

The food was very disappointing. Little choice, & cold. Often only fried eggs for breakfast. Not scrambled etc. Butter only available in morning. Had to find someone (often difficult),to ask for it in evening. It seemed as if chips every night. (cool too). This spoilt our stay. Had to buy fruit juice. Appeared to be only one nozzle, which meant that you had traces of the previous juices dispensed. Have allergy to pineapple, so had problems with the mixed fruit too. Mattresses were very hard. one had cover of plastic, so it made noises & became sticky. Very uncomfortable to sleep. The entertainment at night was very loud. (it echoed under the roof). But it did finish by 12:00

our room was all you need a suite but it looked out over other hotels ,a pool or sea view would of been great but as we

it stunningly beautiful. to look at and it has all the facilities you want , the long sandy beach is just opposite the rear exit of the hotel . for the one day we stayed it was perfect

we had a coffee pod machine in the room which is great but no coffee pods?
