Buena opción para disfrutar vacaciones en Roquetas.

-Ubicación -Ambiente -Calidad de la comida -Limpieza -Animación -Espacio.

-Dificultad para aparcar -Faltan hamacas -Eché en falta una señalización para mantener orden en el buffet. La falta de educación de la sociedad hace necesaria una señalización de orden de entrada y salida para coger los alimentos. -Más control por parte de personal de piscina de comportamiento inadecuado en la misma.

Escapa en Roquetas

La ubicación fue perfecta, y el hotel también lo pasamos genial, la relación calidad precio inmejorable,repetiria sin dudarlo.

Los colchones y almohadas son muy incómodos me dolía la espalda mucho de dormir mal

La zona exterior de la piscina y los apartamentos que tienen terraza exterior con jardín muy cerca de la piscina.

Año tras año repetimos

Tanto las instalaciones, como el trato excelente, llevamos repitiendo varios años seguidos

Siempre se puede mejorar algo, por ejemplo las hamacas, pero no es de vital importancia

Disappointing experience. The price- quality ratio is very bad

the staff was very friendly and they offered us a late check out

The rooms were extremely noisy. the swimming pool music starts early in the morning and it is very very loud. The walls are very thin and you can hear everything from other rooms and the corridor. The beds are very hard. No pool towels or even an iron in the apartment. The price-quality ratio is very disappointing and it doesn’t fit the quality of a 4 star hotel

Great views, great room and we had a brilliant time.

good sized apartment, comfy beds, lovely views from sixth floor across the whole Roquetas. very clean and staff were excellent. I was pleasantly surprised.

love this place we have been over twelve times . unfortunately the food has always been disappointing

Lovely hotel with good food.

Clean hotel, good food, nice pool. Close to shops , bars and beach. Parking nearby.

Our view was street side so would have preferred pool view but we did get the evening sun on our balcony.

Location was good, accommodation clean and comfortable. Balcony good size, and faced the sun looking over the pool and garden area.

Not all facilities were available, heated indoor pool was colder than expected!!! Jacuzzi not avaible either. Pool tables were inside the bar, which was closed so not available to use. Disappointing, even though it was a short winter break, expected more.

Comfortable & rewarding stay in November

Good location, clean room, friendly staff. Room was a good size & bed was comfy. Kitchen had enough to be useful for us as well.

There were no problems & I have no complaints at all. I didn't realise that parking onsite was 15 euros a night extra or that out of season (we went in November) the cafe isn't open. There are about 3 cafes in close walking distance plus in November there were many free parking places opposite the the Arena centre.

The staff were more than willing and helpful, very clean and comfortable the pool was great, we only stayed for one night but thoroughly enjoyed our stay. If we ever return to the area we will stay at Arena Center.

The facilities of the hotel are ok, breakfast was ok-ish, the swimming pool is very very nice (but a pity that it closes already at 20h) and the staff, tough sometimes understaffed, is very nice and helpfull

The wifi was crap, but what put us really off, was that the entertainment came but with a lot of noise (very loud music even disturbing in the room) and almost everyday till midnight. Not recommended for people who like to go to sleep, or put kids to sleep, earlier.

Breakfast and dinner were very good. Pool area was great and there was always some activities happening. Also less than 10mins walk to the beach. Staff were amazing

The hotel is very noisy. We could hear the elevator from our bed all the time. They should change the pillows asap, they are old and not comfortable to sleep on Also the furniture quite old. I feel this is a hotel for families, as there is lots of activities geared towards children. If you're a couple like we are you might find a better place.

The location was perfect for beach, restaurants and a supermarket, all within a few minutes walk. Pool was superb.

Only problem was the parking, but it was the height of season so to be expected.

Great Location 5 mins to beach, Malibu cocktail bar great for drinks and deserts. Hotel spotless and staff very friendly a great family holiday ❤ we will be back.

I find the one bedroom apartment spacious clean and comfortable. They have everything you need in an apartment

Food!

All apartment was smelling like smoking area!!! Somebody who lived before us, probably smoked inside the room and this situation living with children was awful!
