It was very noisy. We could hear the evening programm in our room until half past twelve and everything what happened on the cooridor.
Lots of people reserved pool chairs with their towles and then didn't show up so it was hardly possible to get a place there if you don't show up in the first hour.

The location was brilliant.where are room was situated good views from the balcony. Our room was cleaned and was left a bottle of champagne 🍾
Arrivals, having to wait to be seen to, staff that were in training and the other member of staff didn't know what she was doing. Got to our room then was called back down to reception as they forgot to ask us for our nie numbers. Next room to us were dog's which woke us up early hours in the morning barking 😫. The corador walking to our room smelt of cigarette smoke. We also had an accident in the shower as it was extremely slippery. This definitely needs looking into as it's dangerous.

The room was really modern, spacious, with large bathroom. Great views over the pool.
Good aircon in the room.
This was the only disappointment. The food was very average. We arrived for breakfast at 9.50 am on our last day of the weekend stay, it was open until 10,30am. They had no eggs, no juice, all the hams and cheese had gone. There was not even any sliced bread. When I asked was there anymore, I was told no, sorry. So we had to go out for breakfast. Evening meal was average, everything was in the same bland sauce, chicken, beef pork all tasted the same. Maybe we picked a weekend when the chef was off. We stayed in another Ohtels, of the same chain of Hotels, in La Linea near Gibraltar a day after leaving this one, and it was so much better than this one. We had payed for halfboard, so obviously disappointed.
The mattresses are also very hard. Other hotel beds are a lot more comfortable. None of the BBC channels work on the TV.

Breakfast and evening meals good, location good close to bars and beach
Only one bar that got very noisy at times could do with a separate bar area

A short walk to the beach, lots of bars & restaurants
Would have liked two bedside cabinets & a few soft chairs in lounge, food was very good would stay there again.

Clean room. Good reception and friendly staff. close to beach
It is a location for spanish mass tourism with children. That is not exactly our cup of tea

Location good. Staff pleasant. Food reasonable. Entertainment reasonable.
Grey waste smell. Awful pillows

The quality of food was very good – buffet style and ability to choose your own amount of food. Bed very comfortable. Standard of cleaning excellent. Reception staff excellent. Room layout basic but adequate. Toiletries in bathroom in large bottles ( sadly a little watered down) which were better than the small bottles often available in other hotels. Soundproofing was very good indeed.
The kids seemed to be very well entertained by a very enthusiastic clown.
Towels thin, stupid headboard lights, checking in was the worst EVER – queue just underan hour long (MUST be a faster way of doing it) and check out by 10:00 !

The Staff is really helpful, nice and engaged - thank you :)
The room was ok, seemed like almost new even though quite small. They clean it up every day - we had no "do not disturb" sign in the room so we had no choice ;)
The location is ok, next to numerous restaurants, and 5 minutes walk from the beach
There are only public (free) parkings around the hotel. It was difficult to find an empty place.
The are are only 2 elevators for the whole building, we had to wait some times in lines of a couple of people to catch one. So if you come with baby stroller like we did prepare to wait...
The restaurant seems to be too small for the number of people, lines to coffee machines, toasters or food prepared at the place. Some people even had to wait for a table. It doesn't seem like a covid limits issue - all tables were just occupied.
The food was rather on an average level, nothing special.

The food and the stuff was amazing
That there was no indoor pool, and the pool was full of people and it wasn't that clean a bit hard to find parking
