El alojamiento tiene una ubicación maravillosa

Hacia bastante calor en la habitación y solo había ventilador. Debería de tener aire acondicionado y el baño no estaba reformado. Por otro lado la tarjeta de la habitación se desconfiguraba casi diariamente. Creo que deberían mejor el sistema de las tarjetas del hotel

Great location. Very polite stuff.

The whole hotel smelled awful. We were accommodated initially in a room that overlooked the wreck. The replaced room had a good view but the smell was terrible.

A simple Hotel close to the Center of Santa Cruz de Tenerife :)

We really appreciate the position, the staff and the breakfast! It's a simple hotel, a good place where you can sleep if you want to visit the center of the city :) If you rent a car, ask to the staff your reservetion parking for 10 euro / night.

Location was super central. We went during Carnival so it was nice to be right in the centre of the party.

- The room was diferent than the one we booked. Since we were working remotly we needed the desk — the room had no desk and was also a lot smaller than expected - The Wi-Fi didn’t work well and some of the employees weren’t nice and didn’t try to help

Location is good bed was comfortable

No bedside light fridge not working. I only discovered switch hidden by bedside table, which controlled ceiling lights. next morning. My room was very dark being at the rear of the property To have a bedside lamp would have been so helpful and a safely issue

Okay for short stay

Located in the centre, easy to reach by public transport. Room spacious. Possibility to store luggage. Good view of the city and mountains.

There was no possibility to specifically book a room with a balcony. The windows are not soundproofed so it can be noisy. Wifi rather poor. There are no chairs in the room. There is a bad smell in the bathroom.

Until my accident it was okay but the room could have been better.

Very helpful staff. Great location.

There are no public rooms. The floor covering was plastic tiles. Some water got on the bathroom tiles. Slipped and fell and fractured a bone on my left hand and badly sprained the right one. Had to visit A and E. That flooring is not safe.
