La ubicación. Y que nos dieron camas individuales solicitadas e incluso una habitación triple.

El recepcionista que nos hizo el check in, nos trató si más...nada atento. Para la wiffi tuvimos que bajar a recepción personalmente porque no hay teléfono en la habitación, para preguntarle el usuario y contraseña, porque no nos la dijo a la llegada. Y a la salida no nos dejó la factura hecha, solicitada esa misma noche. El baño super incómodo. Tiene un escalón, plato ducha con cortina, no tiene depósito ni ninguna repisa para apoyar gel o champú, la repisa del lavamanos está vieja oxidada y ocupa la mitad del mini lavamanos. La habitación no tiene aire acondicionado, solo un ventilador, tiene una mini nevera que hace un ruido horroroso toda la noche. La paredes que separan las habitaciones son muy finas, se oye todo de las otras habitaciones. Las ventanas, se oye el ruido de la calle. Y la decoración de la habitación pésima. No es un alojamiento para cobrar ese dinero. Le hace falta una gran reforma en general

Wir konnten trotzdem gut schlafen und würden hier wieder buchen.

Sehr hilfsbereites freundliches Personal. Das Zimmer hell, geräumig und sehr sauber. Sehr zentral gelegen in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse Wir durften das Auto direkt vor dem Hotel an der Strasse parken. Alternativ hätte man auch einen Parkplatz in der ca 100 m entfernten Tiefgarage für 8 € haben können.

Einziger Nachteil: Die Matratzen waren schon etwas durchgelegen.

an honest review

* extremely friendly and helpful staff who are open 24/7 * depending on what you’re looking for, the location * it had a fridge, and you could ask for a kettle from reception * room and bathroom was pretty spacious * check in- and out was very simple * cheap compared to other hotels in the capital and has its own charm

* it’s truly noisy. the walls are paper thin; you could hear the neighbors open doors, clear their throat and even fart. It’s also next to busy street with noise in the evening and early morning. If you’re a lightsleeper, or get annoyed by noise, you will not enjoy your stay here. Reception does provide ear plugs. * the walk to main shopping mall Meridiano is about a half hour walk, and to the bus station ca 20-25 minutes * no facilities and no food/breakfast. this did not bother us at all, we got out breakfast from a shop. * it’s not the most comfortable hotel BUT, you need to keep in mind that this is a 1-star hotel. you can’t expect much. We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel. It does a good job for a 1-star, and has its charm. so, if none of these things will bother you too much and you need a cheap place to stay, this place will be awesome. but if not, and if you have a couple of hundred euros extra to spare, I recommend to invest it in a slightly better hotel.

I was very satisfied with the customer service and the staff. The price of the room was also favorable.

Was only problems, with cleanliness. There were lots of long hairs on the floor, and on the table. Which was a little disgusting..

People in hotel were very noisy. Very weak WiFi and mostly no hot water for every day shawer. Dirty corridors
