Great location!

Next to the hotel, there’s a metro station, which was very convenient for us. The room was clean and quiet, and suited our needs well. It was a small room but had everything necessary. The neighbors and nearby road didn’t disturb our sleep.

Nettes Hotel mit freundlichen Mitarbeitern.

Sehr freundliches Personal, Zimmer sauber. Ausstattung völlig ausreichend. Eine kleinere Reparatur wurde wie versprochen am nächsten (Werk-)Tag erledigt.

In 5 Tagen Aufenthalt ist 3 Mal der Aufzug ausgefallen. Lage direkt an der Stadtautobahn, dadurch relativ laut. Liegt auf der Rückseite des S-Bahnhofs. Matratze sehr hart.

Ein geeignetes Hotel für den Kurzurlaub in Berlin

Das Frühstück hat alles geboten was man sich erwartet hat und war auch sehr lecker. Jedoch immer nur in recht kleinen Mengen. Das führte dazu, dass zu den Stoßzeiten (8:30 bis 9:30) teilweise eine kurze Wartezeit bis zum Auffüllen abzusitzen war. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der S-/U-Bahn Bundesplatz und ist damit sehr gut erreichbar. Das Zimmer war außerordentlich sauber und insbesondere das Bad hat einen guten Eindruck hinterlassen.

Die Frühstückszeiten waren nicht sehr entspannt (7:30 bis 9:30). Für Langschläfer ist es schade, wenn man sich einen Wecker zum Frühstücken stellen muss. Immerhin macht man Urlaub... Beim Check-In stand man zunächst vor einer verschlossenen Tür und auch die Telefonnummer klingelte durch. Nach einiger Zeit tauchte eine Rezeptionistin auf, welche jedoch sehr kurz angebunden war und bei der Nachfrage nach Parkplätzen nur (gefühlt) widerwillig uns in der Nähe gelegene Parkplätze zeigte.

I was disappointed by the quality/price ratio.

Location close to public transport. The room was spacious, and clean.

No air conditioning and could not leave window pen for long because of proximity to a very busy motorway. No reception when I arrived at 19:00, I had to call and get a key from a key box.

If you have no better choice for that price...

Good location, next to U and S Bahn. Also, the room was clean with fine furniture.

The staff.. they wasn't rude, but by their faces and voices you think they dislike you just because you come here and make them busy. The internet disrupts sometimes and speed also wasn't amazing. The hot water wasn't stable and sometimes become cold.

The room was clean and comfortable, everything you need for a comfortable stay, all in place. The location is very convenient, 2 minutes from the station with easy access to anywhere. Nearby there are places to eat and shops with food. The breakfast is delicious and varied.

I don't think you can have better value for your money.

Almost everything, confortable, nice bed clothes especially. And it is located close to the U-bahn station Bundesplatz.

No air conditioning. But there's a fan inside which does the work despite being noisy. I guess it's a better option against global warming. :)
