Carino all’occhio.
Alcune piccole lacune come frigorifero staccato che perdeva acqua o buoni colazione dimenticati

Location is perfect. Very close to basilica and other famous tourist spots. Room is spacious and very clean. Host was very helpful too.
Nothing. All good.

We were here for the 2nd time in 2 years. Great location, easy check in and check out process. There was a heat wave in Rome - the room was cool and really cozy.
Not sure what luxury means, we had a similar room the previous time for less money. It’s true that it was during the pandemic, so maybe fewer tourists.

Beds were comfy. Staff was nice. Location was amazing. So easy to walk around. Pizza place right next door had helpful staff.
The doorman at the entrance was really rude and unhelpful the whole time we were there. (It wasn’t only one time)

Location, very near with Vatican, not expensive
Everything is really old and so far away from luxury, very cheap design, bathroom facilities are poor

Friendly and efficient staff! The price for the room was fair. Location is amazing, near to the Vatican, Metro, Restaurants and shopping. The room was very clean. Breakfast was a plus.
The room was small and not shampoo in bathroom.

Location of the property was amazing
Checking in was completed by what's app messages, not clear and struggled to find keys. Site states all rooms are 150ft square. The room we were put in was by no means this size. We was question who we were and was we sure it was the correct date. The room we was given was a box. The luxurious bed we was supposed to have was one you could pull out the wall, very thin mattress with a mattress topper on the top. No safe/locker which was stated was in the wardrobe. The wardrobe was a rack. No toilet paper, no sink plug. Also states an iron in the room. I was offered an iron and think they thought I would be happy and go away if I took it. The court yard was a square which held the air conditioning units and bikes. After seeing my distress we was told we was given the wrong room but we could not have our room for 24hrs as someone else was in it. When we requested a refund of some sort we was told if we cancelled our booking on booking.com so we could not leave a review we could have 50 euros, we declined.. The two office ladies did try and help but English was very poor. The site states breakfast at 8 everyday. In fact breakfast is a voucher and you go outside and to a cafe 10doors down and pick a coissant and coffee. We went back after 24hrs to go into our new room and finally unpack. This room was nicer but I am still looking for the rooms in the photos. We only were booked for 4.nights and really lost 24hrs trying to sort things. No one is on site 24hrs dailt and you have to message or ring if you have an emergency. If you do stay here there is a good supermarket underneath. As I say location was good but we should not have been charged as much for the stay as the pictures and description certainly do not match. Yes this sounds a awful moan but my husband and I have not been away and saved for a 4 night trip and was hugely disappointed.

Place two blocks away from Vatican City, walking distance from St Angelo Castle and Fontana de Trevi.
Breakfast is in a near by small coffee shop with coffee options and different variety of croissants.
They storage the luggage while it is time to check in.

staff went above and beyond, helping with recommendations on places to eat and booking tickets for attractions we wanted to visit. The rooms were well equipped and we got more than what we paid for

Excellent location, nice and quiet surrounding.
Very warm room, perfect for winter escape 🙂
Bed very comfortable, extra pillows and covers provided which is bonus for me.
Very nice decorated room, clean and very friendly staff. If you need something just ask one of the girls, they were very happy to help us any time ☺️
Internet connection very poor, even with the latest models of the phone we were struggling to have one conversation without braking the line.
Luckily we came to Rome to meet few friends, but if you coming for work room number 8 may have some internet issues.
Reception tried to sort this issue every day, very helpful and always there when you need them.

The only good thing was the location near the Vatican. Really dissapointed with the service. We left our luggages to a locker and noone gave us the keys. So we stayed the 1st day with no luggage, no clothes, no chargers for our mobiles! we called the assistant to bring us the keys and never showed up. Poor breakfast (only coffee and one croissant), to an ugly cafe close to the hotel. The photos far from reality. In booking site misleading info and photos.
Not coming again! Poor breafast, poor service. We left our luggages (we checked in earlier)to a closet with no keys, anyone could stole them. Noone there to assist and open the main door in order to get our luggages, so the 1st day we had no luggages and had to wait for some residents the 2nd day to come and open the door to get them. Difficult to contact with the responsible person. The breakfast so poor (coffee and one croissant) to an ugly cafeteria.

The location is perfect and you can find many things near. The metro station is 5 minuts away and the Vatican city is 10 minutes away. The place is really good
