Macht großen Spaß dort zu übernachten, wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Hostel mit vielen praktischen Details (Türöffnungen per Smartphone, kostenlose Schlafmasken und Ohrstöpsel, Gemeinschaftsküche mit kostenlosem Gemüse und Pasta)

Abends kann es im Hof ziemlich laut werden.

L ordinanza di divieto di balneazione visto lago è a centro metri. E col caldo di questo agosto difficile resistere ad un tuffo. (Cosiglio piu che all ostello. A booking di scriverlo, perche mia ragazza aveva googlato ma nn era aggiornato)

Very dirty, dead bugs and awful stains in the beds, plenty of dust and spider nets

The location

We staid one night in a 3 bedroom rent which presented significant hygiene issues, for instance: - Organic orange and red traces on all mattresses (vomit?) - Hair in bedsheets and in the bathroom (floor, toilets, sink) - Dead insects and black spots in bedsheets and mattresses - Numerous stains on towels provided (were they washed before our arrival?) - Dead insects and spider nets in several spots of the room, especially above the main windows, in the shower, above the single upper bed near the window. We have told it to one employee the evening we came who went in the room, cleaned it but left all the remains (dead insects, dusts) on the floor under the highlighted spots, especially the shower floor, which is not hygienic and we had to clean it again) - numerous organic traces (white and yellow ones: vomit?) and dust on the armchair of the room In addition of the hygiene issues mentioned above, we want to highlight two other elements: - one window was not closing well which induces security issues (the one on the left when facing the windows, in the picture attached), - important noise after 11 pm. Even though we are aware this is a hostel with the atmosphere associated, calm in the night should be foreseen as residents did not have the same day, the same level of tiredness and the same program for the following day (we had to wake up at 6 am the day after).

Great helpful super friendly staff. Loved the kitchen. Loved that there was free food for guests to cook. Loved that you could get coffee, juices, muslin etc for free all the time.

Shower wasn't that great for the price per night. That s the only reason I didn't give the best rating all the time

Bon séjour mais très mauvais rapport qualité/prix !

Nous avons apprécié le personnel vraiment sympa et l’emplacement à 5 min de la gare et à 5/10 min du centre ville.

Le rapport qualité prix ! Beaucoup trop cher pour une auberge aussi bruyante et animée le soir. Le petit déjeuner est très décevant ( extrêmement basic ! )

Amazing, would totally recommend

The hospitality of this hostel was absolutely incredible. I‘ve had a bit of a bad luck on my vacation and they just made sure I had best time there possible. Have bunch of stuff to do in hostel and get together and meet people from all around. Breakfast was also quite nice. Loved the secret garden ;) My room had enough space to move around and beds were comfy

amazing!

one of the best hostels I have ever stayed at! such fun and kind staff!! give you some breakfast tickets and often give you breakfast for free without 5 euros or tickets. Free drink ticket too upon checking in. Bar is packed every night. so easy to socialize and make friends, everyone is down for a good time. 8 minutes from train station walking in como. como is absolutely beautiful! bus stop nearby to take day trips, ferry port nearby. events to being everyone together like live music, karaoke etc. staff is so nice. 10/10 will come again. restrooms in dorms. kitchen is clean and nice with plenty of free fruits/veggies

Прекрасное место! Рядом с озером. Комната вполне нормальная, кровать удобная. На кухне можно было брать бесплатно еду, чтобы готовить, а также можно было пить кофе.

Мне понравился персонал, Алекс был прекрасен! Расположение и супермаркет в 10м от хостела. Было чисто, но немного прохладно в комнате (февраль).

Прохладно в номере в феврале, но под одеялом нормально. Всё остальное - прекрасно!

Exceptional

So nice place to stay, very animated, friendly staf, safety environment, perfect placement, nice huge kitchen with terrasse. Green place with flowers and some aromatic spices on the balcony and windiws, especially on the terrace. So cute and authentic place to stay. So nice people to meet here..evetytine I am lucky to meet here so extraordinary and welcome people from around the world. Specially in the room for the women I appreciated the table for make up. Everybody find their place here. The douche cabine is rather huge in comparison with others hostel. Recommended! Absolutely must come back again.

Lovely hostel with very pretty courtyard

Lovely stay, staff were so friendly and so close to the centre of the town with easy access to ferries. The courtyard was so lovely, wonderful area to hang out.

Cleanliness of the bathrooms and floor could have been slightly better, I also had a very dead pillow

Very good!!!

Staff was great always willing to help. Breakfast was regular. I loved the vintage decoration and all the people enjoying. And the general concept. The garden is very nice but needs more maintenance. The good vibe

Bed matress was not confortable. There was hair in the matress and pillow. The shower curtain is really unconfortable.

Good

Location close to old town and lake, good shower. Kettle in the private room with tea but no coffee. Coffee at the bar available anytime for free. Shared Kitchen well equipped.

The bar loud noise that goes till midnight. Could be cleaner, but it is okay. Shower enclosure very small. The toilet seat was broken.
