Disappointed of rooms

Exterior of hotel is of Rhodope architecture. Breakfast was good.

Rooms were not clean. Furniture was used and old. You can hear each time someone from different rooms on the same wing flushing their toilet.

Disappointing

The location and proximity to the restaurant.

The hotel was not easy to find as it was on a road that is currently being dug up. The welcome was disappointing and felt somewhat hostile. The shower sprayed everywhere, wetting everything including the door. Breakfast was limited and we were only able to choose certain items.

The location is good, close to the old Town and the city centre. The bed was comfortable.

There was no wifi - not that it was slow, it was non existing. The bed sheets and the floor were dirty, but after we complained the cleaning lady came and fixed everything. The breakfast was the same each morning and pretty oily.

It was the second time that i stayed in this hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable.

In the old town. Very close to the restaurant. Good location. Comfortable bed. Breakfast for only 6 BGN.

The room wasn’t cleaned properly. There were hairs and spider web in the bathroom and little in the room.

Lovely staff, exceptionally clean, the bed was very very comfortable

Not much to dislike! Maybe the only problem was the shower head was a little broken so the bathroom got soaked

Great host,very friendly. Very comfortable beds. Great location. Extremely close to the Ethnographic Area Complex. A lot of shops and restaurants around the place.

Very compact room makes limited or almost impossible to use mini fridge.

The location is perfect very close to the old town and the museums. There are restaurants near by.

There was only one grass in the room but we were two. And the only glass was dirty - there was undissolved sugar on the bottom. The cup for tooth brushes in the bathroom was also dirty.
