Un buno punto di appoggio ad Ischia

Camera conforme alla descrizione, peccato che fosse sotto il livello stradale. Personale molto gentile che ci ha dato dei buoin consigli sulla zona per andare in spiaggia e per mangiare.

La colazione non a buffet ma che viene ordinata e servita dai camerieri come nel periodo covid. Caffè terribile.

Ottimo per un breve soggiorno e per chi vuole raggiungere il mare in due passi a piedi.

Ottima posizione a due passi dal mare ma anche dalla via principale con bar, negozi, ristoranti e servizi vari. Stanza piccola ma pulita.

Le stanze al piano inferiore sono abbastanza luminose, ma in futuro alloggerei più volentieri in una stanza con balcone a livello strada o superiore. Il personale è gentile ma non sempre in grado di dare informazioni (sulle escursioni, sulla ZTL etc.). Il caffè e il cappuccino a colazione non sono quasi bevibili…consiglierei alla struttura di investire in una macchina, anche automatica, ma di qualità superiore.

So good!!

Such a good value stay! The breakfast every morning is so good & the staff are so wonderful!!! 100%% recommend, beach front hotel and overall very good stay

Loved It!

The staff were very helpful, the hotel was spotless and the location was perfect- right on the beach.

Mosquitoes were a bit of a problem but this is not specific to the hotel, it is more a problem for the island of Ischia.

Beautiful island, easy to see all of the island by bus.

Location, easy walking distance to bus, shopping, restaurants.

The directions map from the booking.com website was horrible. Street signs sometimes non-existent (normal in European cities). Distances hard to calculate while walking to locate the hotel.

NICE STAY!

I really enjoyed my stay, The staff were super nice, friendly and helpful. I got a free upgrade to my hotel room, which was a good surprise. The location is excellent to reach restaurants, bars, shops or even the port.

The bathroom had a weird smell and the breakfast was a bit disappointing.

The place to sleep at, while discovering the Island.

The hotel is very basic, just to sleep at, while discovering the island. I stayed in a single room, at it was tiny - just enough to put my luggage. Don't expect a lot. The staff was very helpful and friendly, especially during the breakfast.

A bit overpriced for what you get, but I suppose it's the High Season impact. And please please - put the Wi-Fi connection in rooms! It's not difficult at all - you know that Wi-Fi routers don't cost a lot of money, right?

Great stay at the beach front

Nothing can beat the location - and this hotel is practically on the beach. We had two rooms, one was with a sea view and the other without. Highly recommend the sea view room, its definitely worth the price! It features a very well sized balcony with enough room for a table and two sunbeds which was quite a positive surprise! All in all, the rooms are better than in the pictures and squeaky clean and everyone at the hotel was so friendly and welcoming. We would for sure stay again!

The only minor setback was the Wi-Fi connection which was unstable / barely working in the room without a sea view. I didn't really mind, but the kids were a bit annoyed:) If this is important for you, check with the hotel to give you a room with a good signal. Everything else was great!

Beach side hotel. Clean rooms.

The room was very big. Location was beach side. The room had minibar. Breakfast with view to the beach. Good Wi-fi.

The room could use an electric kettle for tea. The air conditioning wasn't strong enough.

Comfort stay

the basement room was perfect! It is like a ground floor room and has a little yard with the outdoor chairs and cloths airer.

No buffet breakfast, every time you have to ask a waiter for something…

Superb

Constanza on reception was great. She was so helpful, she even arranged good value car hire for us. The breakfast was good. Our breakfast waiter who has family ties in the UK was lovely.The staff made our stay fabulous. I can't rate them highly enough! The hotel is in a great location for beach, eateries and shops.

There were quite a few mosquito's around at the end of April.

Exceptional

Amazing place, for a very affordable price, located very nearby the port and in front of the beach. Staff are very helpful, providing information and made our stay the best that it could be. We have even been able to check-in a little bit earlier and the free breakfast is definitely a spot on .

Poor Wi-fi and the room with the view of another building-dark inside.

Great value for money and location!

The staff at Rivamare were so helpful and thanks to Lena and Matilda the rooms were spotless. Even though I only stayed 3 nights I felt Lena was more like a friend than a cleaner and Fabio was always running around trying to please with breakfast and front of desk duties at night. Thank you to all the staff! ( didn’t get name of lady at front of house)

My room was quite small but more than adequate for the price, esp given an upgrade to have a small courtyard as well.
