Lovely stay

The room was large and clean, bed was huge and comfortable. There was a balcony with mountains and ocean view. It was really nice falling asleep when listening ocean waves. Staff was friendly and helpful. There was also a pool and variety of books to read. All in all, very lovely stay!

The room was a bit old fashioned and the palms on the picture have aged significantly, but that's perhaps also a question of taste. However I would recommend to consider adding some extension cord in order to have charging opportunities for the electronical devices for two people also next to the bed.

A nice hotel

A nice hotel for couple of nights to explore this part of the island. Stunning view from the room - mountains and ocean. Big outdoor pool and heating indoors pool. Good breakfast. Comfortable beds, clean facilities, games room - ping pong and billiards tables. Décor is slightly dated but rooms are large and had all we required. Ponta Delgada is a very remote quiet place, only few restaurants around (if required) however perfect if you want to escape a busy city. Really worth exploring all coast nearby, only a short drive but scenery is fantastic (starting from Porto Moniz, Seixal, Soa Vicente, Porto Da Cruz...)

A slightly remote location however we had a car so wasn't a massive problem. We had various hotels booked during our holiday, for short stay is was good place.

very good hotel for the price good location well kept from the outside and very well tended. well worth a visit when in the north of Madiera and very close to some good attractions. Generally the hotel was good and staff were more than good. it was clear the hotel needed an upgrade as they got their 4stars some time after the year 2000....

unless you have a car a bit stuck there................... if you are an all inclusive holiday maker you get suttle service etc if you pay the normal b and b price then everything else is extra and no type of suttle service. (even if you want to pay a couple of euros) it was not a problem but seem strange that the inclusive SAGA and Tui type holidays pay the hotel very little extra per nite get all the extra;s

The hotel was what we expected. The staff are very friendly. Just needs some TLC and will be perfect. Excellent for families with kids.

Very friendly stuff, car park in basement with lift. Good breakfast, nice outdoor pool, view from balcony in superior room is amazing. Clean room.
