Didn't eat there, but the room was nice and light and clean and spacious and the location perfect for what I was there for.

Great location
Room very dated and shower was broken. Need curtains as well as quite light at night

Nothing exceptional, but all as expected :)
I felt we were slightly stereotyped as being troublemakers and going to leave a mess etc due to being 2 friends in early 20s but I understand this from owners point of view to a certain extent. They kept reiterating the rules and what not to do again and again. Oh well.

Excellent location, 10 min walk from town centre and from train station. Very friendly and helpful host. Clean and comfortable room.

close to everything
cups in the room still had lipstick marks on it, no toilet rolls in toilet

Cheap hotel
Only one milk offered for making coffee and the internet patchy.

Person standing in for the host was very friendly.
Room was a nice size. Tea/coffee making facilities.
That's about it, the overall experience wasn't nice.
The bedroom and bathroom were filthy dirty - we had to buy disinfecting wipes to clean the toilet, sink, shower, skirting boards etc, and the wardrobe and other surfaces were covered in dust. Ours wasn't the only room like this, as another was open so looked in there too.
Cash only payments!! Not acceptable in this day-and-age, and means no protection for customers. Also wonder if it's a tax avoidance tactic. Don't feel this is the sort of business Booking.com should be supporting.
No decaf' tea or coffee, nor vegetarian/vegan breakfast available. Again, not acceptable in this day-and-age.
One of the lamps was held together with tape - highly dangerous!
Wi-Fi only worked on the first night.
The food rating certificate was dated January 2019.

room full of bleach smell and the toilet wasn’t clean.

We opted not to have breakfast
The room was small tired & a bit grubby. There was no privacy door to the shower recess so showering was in full view of anyone in the room. The one towel each was small and thin from age!! .

Lovely clean guest house.
Room was too small for me. I was too tall to sleep on the bed. So I had to put the mattress on the floor to get comfortable to sleep. Hotel prices in Warwick have become too much also.

Dirty, peeling wall paper. Mould around shower, toilet seat broken and ill fitting. Owner very rude. Charged for double given a very basic tawdry twin
Everything but most of all the very rude owner

Not too much
The whole thing was just a bit off. I didn’t even end up staying the night because I felt uncomfortable. Only thing I can relate it to is a prison cell.
4.0
This is cheap and cheerful and perfect if you just want somewhere to sleep while exploring Warwick and visiting the Castle. It's ten minutes walk from anywhere you might possibly wish to visit in Warwick including the train station so ideal for a carfree trip. The owner is so friendly and has the best stories to tell.
