Great location coupled with large space (109 sqm) and quality furnishings make this one of the best rental properties in central Chamonix - and there's parking! Located opposite the 4 star Morgane hotel and spa and just a 200m from Aiguille du Midi cable car it is perfectly located for your Chamonix holiday - winter or summer.

The apartment, with its own private gated entrance, is entered on the 1st floor level with dining area on right and spacious lounge on the left, both with balconies facing Mont Blanc. Straight ahead is the large chalet style kitchen. To the right of the kitchen there is a large bathroom with bath and washing machine, there is also a WC next to the bathroom. To the left of the kitchen is a twin or double bedroom.
Heading up the stairs you will find a spacious 2nd lounge area with TV/DVD etc plus a sofa bed for 2. On this floor you will also find 2 bedrooms both with twin or double beds, balconies and great views. There is also a 2nd bathroom with shower & WC.
The apartment boast a private garage plus shared parking in the barriered residence parking area.

We loved the apartment and proximity to everything downtown Chamonix. Nicely done, the pictures do not do it justice. Thank you for sharing it with us!

We had a wonderful time over the Christmas holiday. The apartment was clean and well outfitted and the location could not have been better. We did have a car, and the garage was great, but also could easily walk to the center of Chamonix for restaurants, shopping and fun in town. Our family of 5, 3 adult sons, fit perfectly with enough space for all to be comfortable. I highly recommend this rental.

Fantastic location for doing UTMB. Close to the start/finish line - but far enough away that it was quiet at night. The check-in-check-out process was superbly organized and Glenn (Property Manager) went the extra mile by lending us a chair for my Mom to use during the race.

Set on two floors there are 3 spacious bedroom a large open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area and an addition lounge area upstairs. There are two bathrooms with showers and two wc’s, one separate and one integrate in the upstairs bathroom. The kitchen is well fitted with modern appliances and there is a garage and parking protected via a barrier. The furnishing are modern and in excellent repair and the property is spotlessly is ideal for 1-2 families with children or a group of adults.
We would thoroughly recommend it as a base in Chamonix and would not Bp hesitate to book it again when staying in Chamonix.

Great property. Very spacious with amazing views. Very central. You can walk to anything in town: groceries, hikes, restaurant. Would stay again!
