Une belle parenthèse au calme

La chambre familiale avec les lits des enfants en mezzanine La magnifique piscine Le très beau jardin L’éloignement du centre ville et le calme que cela procure La sympathie du personnel Les vélos en prêt libre

La salle de bains de la villa qui mériterait un peu de rénovation Le petit déjeuner vietnamien trop limite pour des européens, certains matins les enfants n’avaient pas à boire… Manque de rigueur dans la gestion de l’hôtel, obligée de demander des serviettes pour la piscine

A nice hotel to stay while visiting Hoi an

A little out of the way to hoi an, but make it a perfect serene place to rest at night. Staff are friendly especially the receptionist named Hue. She can do a lot of help when you stay here from laundry to tour advice. Over all it's a nice place while visiting Hoi an.

They should make some varieties in breakfast. And make sure it's enough for all the guests

Pretty hotel with stunning views

Beautiful villa room and stunning views from the pool over the rice fields. Breakfast was great.

We had a few issues in the afternoon, a key got stuck in the door making the door unable to lock. There didn’t seem to be any member of staff in the hotel from early afternoon until the next morning, which was very odd.

Hồ bơi sạch và đẹp, nhân viên nhiệt tình, chu đáo, bữa sáng ổn, phòng rộng.

Phòng xuống cấp rồi nên tu sửa lại và cũng nên báo trước hoặc xếp phòng khác nếu còn chỗ trống. Thoát nước bể tắm ngoài trời hỏng, nên vặn mãi không thể đầy vì bị rò rỉ. Máy lạnh trong phòng chảy nước phải chặn khăn để khỏi chảy khắp nhà. Đèn trong phòng chỉ bật đc 1/2, còn một nửa bị cháy, phòng lúc nào cũng tối. Chỗ máy lạnh rò nước lại không có đèn, ẩm thấp.

Tạm ổn

Không gian xanh mát, phòng rộng rãi. Có cả bồn tắm ngoài trời và nhà tắm trong phòng. Phòng xinh, yên tĩnh. Lễ tân và bảo vệ rất nhiệt tình. Từ Nghé đến phố cổ hay đi biển cũng khá gần.

Mình báo thay ga và chăn trong phòng 3 lần vì lúc vào phòng ga giường có nhiều vệt đen nhưng mình ở 2 ngày k hề thấy nhân viên đến thay. Cửa phòng cũng khó đóng và khoá lại

Aanrader!

Super fijne accomodatie, rustige ligging net wat buiten het drukke centrum maar in 10 minuutjes met de taxi middenin old town. Fijne kamers, goed ontbijt en fijn zwembad. Het personeel was heel behulpzaam, met name Hieu heeft ons super geholpen tijdens ons verblijf. Aanrader!

Könnte nett sein ..aber !

Der Aufenthalt war okay,die Ausstattung des Hotels bzw der villa wenn man diese so nennen kann ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und besonders sauber war die uns zur Verfügung gestellte Mini Villa auch nicht.

Der Umgang vom Personal zum gast ist sehr bedenklich,da die junge Dame die anscheinend das Hotel leiteit wenig Verständnis für die Bedürfnisse ihrer Gäste zeigt. Sie erkundigt sich nicht übers Wohlbefinden oder ob die Gäste nicht etwas brauchen. Sie ist äußerst penetrant und fragt täglich ob noch etwas zu zahlen ist Beispielsweise der Scooter ,obwohl ausgemacht war diesen am Ende zu zahlen. Sie schrieb meinem Bruder sogar über WhatsApp das er sich bitte an das Geld denken soll und das nicht nur 1mal....wir mussten 5 Std warten bevor wir einchecken könnten in der Zeit würde uns nicht Mal Wasser angeboten geschweige denn Mal nachgefragt ob alles okay ist oder ob man helfen könnte.auf nachfrage würden uns dann 4 Warme Wasserflaschen gegeben for free wie sie betonte .bei entgegennahme der Flaschen wollte sie für 2 Stück doch den gesamten Preis haben.

The view is nice to the countryside of Hoi An.

We like the hotel very much. It is really a hidden gem and good value for money. We could taste the real Hoi An here. The location is not far from the center of Hoi An, so it is convenient to travel to popular places, but still quiet and peaceful. It is surrounded by beautiful scenery of Hoi An countryside: rice fields, rivers, coconut trees etc. We like the reading corner, the free bicycles, the simple but beautiful decoration, the pond, the beautiful gardens and flowers, the pool. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They helped us book the popular tours at cheaper than normal prices. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

Definitely look no further if you want peace and quiet in Hoi An.

The Photos don't do ANY justice to the Property itself. It beats expectations with the construct & serenity of the environment. Rooms are large and well appointed (need more air-conditioning as the weather is hot during daytime but it's cold during night). Service is topnotch with Smiles and genuine concerns. Food at is delicious and presentation is leaps and bounds ahead of most places I have dined here.

I like the location, I will stay again next time

3 stars resort, but 5 stars staff. Friendly staff and a lot of smiles are the highlight of my stay :) it has been 3 weeks I am here (got very good deal when i book this hotel). My favorite is the pool where you can watch the sunset. The rooms are cozy, not too big but enough. Nice long table for work and put stuff, internet is fast and stable. Hot shower works well.

It was a great trip at Nghe Garden Resort and I will definitely come back next time.

Staying at Nghé Garden Resort for 3 days during my vacation trip was a fantastic experience. It wasn't the fancy facilities or the view that made the trip great, but rather the people I met. I want to give a shout out to two different teams. First, I want to thank the Reception team! Ms. Hoa and Ha always went above and beyond to make me feel welcome when I go out or back to hotel. They provided friendly service with a smile, always willing to help with any issues I faced. Their genuine warmth and care created a true sense of belonging, which is the best feeling a guest can have. (Thanks for the cute "Of course" from Ha~!) Secondly, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the Kitchen staffs team. They consistently deliver exceptional food of the highest quality. While all the members provide remarkable service.

Great location, close to the An Bang Beach and other beaches. Room was nice, decent pool and breakfast, spacious parking for bike & car with security on guard.

Amazing! The staff are all so friendly and helpful

We stayed just one night here and it was perfect. The staff were very friendly. They made sure we had everything we needed for everything from housekeeping to FBS and at reception.

I love it

Great experience and quality-price ratio for the rooms! It is close to old town. The staff in the hotel is very helpful and nice. The service they provide is excellent. It was a solo trip on my side but I did not feel discomfort at any time. The food, the reception, everything was good. I need to appreciate the security guards of the resort as they will help you to take the luggage to your room.

Excellent value for money

This is a lovely resort set in beautiful surroundings. Breakfast was good & the food in the restaurant was very good. All the staff were lovely. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the old town which is worth visiting especially at night to see the lanterns.

Thank you so much my kids were so happy

We stayed during weekend and occupancy is quite high that time. However there was no big deal about crowd during breakfast, the staff handled it well. Staffs also very helpfull, for whatever favor we ask. For the resort, room conditions is good, clean, tidy. Overall it was nice stay.

We had a very enjoyable stay

Just finished our very enjoyable stay at Nghe Garden resort. We were a little unsure that this was going to be the best location for exploring HoiAn but we were immediately delighted with all aspects of this property as soon as we arrived. We enjoyed the veranda suite, room was spacious & thoughtfully appointed. All the staff we encountered were pleasant and provided some of the best service we have experienced. We enjoyed the Restaurant each morning for breakfast, which was a perfect way to start the day! Would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay

One of the best service little resort in Hoi An. All the staff are very nice and helpful. Stay a little bit far from the beach, but it's a positive point for people who love outdoor activity. Because you can walk or bicycle around, instead of taking a motorbike or taxi. The best time for walking is around 7am or 5pm. The sun is not too high and hot.

Tụi mình ở đây 1 đêm và có trải nghiệm thật tuyệt tại Nghé Hội An. Phòng siêu sạch và đẹp, có ban công riêng view hồ bơi rất xinh. Khách sạn cho mượn xe đạp miễn phí vào phố cổ và ra biển An Bàng. Nhân viên rất nhiệt tình, luôn chào và mỉm cười khi gặp khách. Đặc biệt bạn Hà và Hoa phục vụ rất tốt. Mình chắc chắn sẽ quay lại đây.

Amazing stay!

We are a family of four and stayed in a garden view villa. Rooms are clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast spread was good and had both veg and non veg options. Silk Village tour was also informative and nice. Pools were clean and well attended. Resort located between both the old town and An Bang beach.

Quite place, friendly and helpful staff. Room is spacious.

Would be nicer to have night stands + electrical sockets next to bed. The room could have been taken care better. There is some mold on the ceiling above the bath tub in our room.
