Blandade känslor...

Superfina och stora rum. Medans man var på frukost städade dom rummen så det var super fint när man kom tillbaka. Frukosten var väldigt varierande och bra med frukter och goda efterrätter, Toppen frukost. Hotellet låg väldigt bra till då det var nära till stan men också nära till vattnet och alla broar. vi åt otroligt bra alla dagar och det är en fantastisk stad med fantastiska byggnader och historia.

Det började på flygplatsen då våran Transfer ALLDRIG kom trots flera samtal med taxi bolaget som sa att hotellet inte bokat något åt oss.(jag har haft kontakt med hotellet och frågat 3 gånger om dom verkligen bokat transfer och fått det bekräftat vi flera medelanden.) varje gång han ringde sa han 10 min till, 15 min till. Så efter 1 1/2 timme tröttnade vi. När vi lyckts hitta en taxi så fick vi betala mycket mer än hotellet hade sagt att det skulle kosta. (ingen ursäkt när vi kom fram)När vi kom till hotellet var det fel på rummet då vi bokat ett rum som hade en bäddsoffa och 2 sängar för 3 per. Trots att jag visade min bokning som jag skrivit ut på papper, han sa även att mina papper inte kunde stämma för enligt hans bokning stod det något annat. Vi höll på länge och till slut fick vi ett rum för den natten så dom kunde bädda soffan till dagen efter då han tydligen inte kunde göra något åt detta så sent på kvällen. Dagen innan hemgång frågade vi om dom bokat taxi till flyget som jag hade på meddelande fått bekräftat innan vi åkte ner att dom gjort...men det var tur vi frågade för det hade dom ej gjort.

Super Hotel an zentraler und doch ruhiger Lage. Wir würden es wieder buchen!

Wir sind begeistert vom Hotel Moods Charles Bridge. Die Lage ist perfekt, wir sind überall zu Fuss gekommen. Trotz zentraler Lage war es sehr ruhig. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer und Badezimmer sind grosszügig. Grosser Kleiderschrank. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte eine grosse Auswahl und sehr gute Qualität.

Der Boden der Duschkabine war rutschig wenn nass.

Es war perfekt........Wetter, Stadt, einfach schön.

Die Anreise war etwas schwierig, es gab im Zentrum viele Einbahnstrassen, wir mussten etwas schauen. Die Lage aber war perfekt, ruhig und nah an der Moldau, Karlsbrücke und Zentrum. Sehr sauber, nettes Personal. Und ein tolles Frühstück,. Grosse Zimmer und Bad, wir hatten keine Klagen.

Perfekt für einen Kurztrip

Super sauber, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, tolles Frühstück, alles hat uns gefallen

Das kleine Fensterchen im Zimmer, das war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, da der Ausblick fehlte und die frische Luft, aber für 2 Tage Aufenthalt kein großes Problem, da wir eh nur zum schlafen im Zimmer waren

Hotel, Lage und Personal super. Der Rest ausbaufähig.

Die Lage vom Hotel ist super. Freundliches Empfangspersonal.

Das Zimmer war relativ okay. Leider bei der Ankunft nicht ganz so sauber. Das Frühstück war ok. Allerdings hatten wir am ersten morgen kein Frühstück weil die Teller um 10 Uhr bereits vergriffen waren und trotz Nachfrage keine neuen gekommen sind, mussten deshalb außerorts frühstücken.

bathroom is kind of dark. fridge in the cabinet can be a fire hazard. the cabinet got so hot because of the fridge, we had to keep it open.

We highly recommend this hotel and would return to this hotel if we went back to this city

Very central location which made walking into the Old Town very accessible. Despite central location the hotel was quiet and made for a pleasant stay. Hotel is located just off of a busy tram stop and public transport was regular and user friendly. Staff were friendly on arrival and offered a local map with areas they recommended we visit. We took their recommendations and were delighted with what the city had to offer. Breakfast was varied during our stay and had lots to chose from. Very clean and was satisfied with every breakfast. Our room was excellent and extremely clean. Storage was ample for the two of us and the bathroom had lots of space for toiletries etc.

Only negative I can pick out is the entrance had a heavy door and a flight of stairs as the main entrance. There was a side door that also granted access at ground level but we were unaware of this on arrival so hauled bags up the stairs. This was not a massive inconvenience to us personally but making guests aware of this prior to their arrival may be useful to some guests. (Aware this is such a small thing to pick out but attests to the high standard of stay at this hotel)

Perfect hotel for our 3 day trip!

Great location, very helpful staff, large, comfortable rooms. We opted for the penthouse site and it was well worth it. We enjoyed a magnificent sunset view of Prague Castle on our rooftop deck or second night.

The only issue we had was the transfer from the airport to the hotel that was prearranged. Our original incoming flight was canceled and we had to rebook with a sufferer airline. I emailed the hotel twice and also called the day before we arrived to inform them of the change but they never let the drive know. Aside from that with a little delay getting there, everything else was great.

Hotel was great all that I didn’t like was the breakfast but to be fair am always fussy with breakfasts when am in another country so o don’t take that against the hotel. Location was amazing everything was basically a 10 min walk. Room was very big and clean a lot more than expected

Great place to stay near Charles Bridge

We liked the location which was only a 5 minute walk from Charles Bridge. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Our bedroom and bathroom were enormous with lots of hanging space. Our room was on the 3rd floor and it was really peaceful from road noise/restaurant noise.

We would have liked better pillows, ours were flat and uncomfortable. We thought the breakfast selection was average!

Location is quite decent, although if need to go by metro or popular tram route, need to walk around 500-700m. Staff was very nice and helpful! Street is pretty silent, but starting from Thursday you can hear people partying at the kaverna nearby. Hotel design is new and fresh. Breakfast was ok.

Bed and pillows were bad. After second day, my back and neck started hurting. It is easy to run out from hot water. We had to plan when and for how long we'll be going showering. Room heating is not comfortable, it was too hot most of the time, except around 4-7am in the morning. Glad we could use windows to open them up. Breakfast selection for hot dishes is small. Bacon was not a usual one, that you expect. Room wasn't super clean - we had a stain on our bed sheets, some dust here and there.

Second stay and last.

This was our second time staying here as the first time was superb. Location is great for exploring all over Prague. We were greeted by a lovely receptionist who told us where all the Xmas markets were, which was nice. We arrived late and she offered welcome drinks of OJ! Great touch for making your guests feel welcomed. Our room was big and so was the bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Large table and two chairs. Area to unpack your bags which was nice.

Breakfast has lots of different items, but the hygiene is lacking. We stayed three days and had breakfast every day and the plates weren't ever seriously clean--you can rub your hand over them and could feel that they weren't clean. Pillows were incredibly flat which made it uncomfortable to sleep. I asked for a different pillow and was given a hypoallergenic pillow without a pillowcase. ??? How do you give a guest a pillow without a pillowcase? We had the opposite problem of some other guest reviews---our water in the bathroom was incredibly hot which isn't safe.

Good and pleasant

Room was comfortable and clean. Staff was excellent and the atmosphere positive an nice.

Breakfast; more options in fruit and better quality hot food (bacon, sausage, potatos and such). Hotel transport; expensive, credit card POS not in car. Smaller towels in bathroom not provided first two days.
