Unit 356- New Luxury Kitchen, Tastefully Renovated | Our third floor condo is a quiet escape nestled amid lush tropical landscaping and is ideally situated between both bay and gulf. It’s just a short stroll to your private beach on Siesta Key. | The unit has been completely renovated. The new luxury open-concept kitchen features a quartz countertop, 42" wooden cabinets, brand new stainless appliances, and a tile backsplash with LED dimmable lighting. | The renovation also included new flooring throughout the kitchen and main living area, new ceiling treatments and paint. The master features a tiled walk-in shower . The guest bath has a tub with tile and a glass shower door. Both bathrooms have quartz countertops, updated lighting and mirrors. | Relax on our 3rd floor balcony while enjoying the panoramic views of the courtyard and the bay. We don’t face any other units, so your stay here will be peaceful and private. | We are located in the relaxing Bay Side Suites, with private beach access across the complex. The bay side pool has a spa area, tables with umbrellas, chairs, and a grilling area. Enjoy watching boats pass by or fish off the pier. | You’ll have easy access to our unit via the large elevators with rolling luggage and shopping carts provided. There is free Wi-Fi in our condo and throughout the Palm Bay Club. The actual apartment was in perfect condition. The grounds were mostly excellent except for the back pool which was icky enough to not want to get in: overcrowded, water was murky, partier vibe. Otherwise the grounds were truly fantastic: great tennis courts and clean feeling front pool. Awesome beach presence.... My biggest complaint would be the fact that some of the clientele seemed to have no regard for being quiet at night. The first night we were kept up on and off until 3:30am. Super loud, drunken people in unit across courtyard. When I complained the next morning, the receptionist at first responded with “next time, call security” (they didn’t notice??) but then said she would let them know at their morning check in as they were late arrivals, and it worked, we heard nothing more from them. But then other units were also super loud late at night, a bathroom by the pool even got egged.... It seems that security doesn’t feel the right to interfere with people’s revelry? They could not have missed the loudness of the first night’s partiers but did nothing and then didn’t notice the rest of the week either. I think they need to be trained on that protocol. Some vacationers really, really need to catch up on their sleep... And maybe post more openly a sign about quiet hours? Be specific:10pm-7am? I’ve never stayed in a place that doesn’t more blatantly insist on that... Otherwise, we truly loved our stay and would absolutely stay there again, especially hoping that respect for others’ need for rest is as valid as some people’s party need.

We rented this 2 bedroom Condo knowing that the balcony didn't have much of a view and that we were on the bay side. It was a very comfortable unit, the beds were decent, the kitchen was large and very well stocked with cooking and baking supplies. The kitchen was very important this year to us due to Covid 19. We ate all our meals at the condo. The master bath has a nice walk in shower. A second full bath was a bonus as we had 2 adult kids staying with us. The beach is absolutely gorgous and very large! It is about a half a mile walk from our condo to get near the water . It didn't bother us but if you have trouble walking it could be difficult. There is a pool on the bayside and it is fun to watch all the boats go by over there. A second pool is on the beach side. The condo was clean, comfortable and perfect for a sunny get away during Thanksgiving!

This was a beautiful condo to stay in during our weeks vacation. Everything was wonderful and very clean and had all the amenities that we needed for the week. Our only recommendation is to get better wash cloths because they are extremely abrasive and scratchy. After a long day in the sand and sun they actually hurt your skin when rubbing over your body. Extremely rough!!

Red Tide
I called 6 days before my stay after see the news on the red tide and was informed of the 7 day cancellation property. The woman that answered the phone also told us that there was no red tide there and that people were down swimming and having no issues. When we got there we found that that was obviously a lie. The smell was terrible and my wife and daughter coughed uncontrollably every time we walked outside. There were still dead fish littering the beach and there were very few people down there. We ended up driving up the Clearwater Beach on the 2nd day and checking out 2 days into a 5 day stay. I understand the cancellation policy but you would think that they would work with you given the current red tide situation. On a positive note the condo itself is really nice and clean.

Great place to stay in Siesta Key! A short walk to the pool and hot tub, and a short drive for most essentials you would want to keep in your room. A little bit longer walk to the beach than we expected, but still do-able. Very clean with comfortable furniture and beds. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect!
Four of us stayed at the Palm Bay #456 for a girls weekend, what a perfect location. The unit was beautifully renovated, plenty of room, a nice balcony and easy access to the gulf and the bay. The bayside of the resort had a pool and hot tub, while the gulf side had amazing white sandy beach and heated pool (each location had plenty of chairs).
The condo had plenty of kitchen supplies, linens and beach towels. We had so much fun, we are planning our next visit. The owner was very helpful and quick to respond to all of our crazy questions.
We highly recommend this unit and location!
