Good hotel. Ok to get to via train (but pack light - lots of stairs!). Would stay here again.

Staff were exceptionally good. Room was quiet. No complaints about the service received.

Room was very warm and a bit stuffy and no obvious way to cool it down (air con was set to heat further). Had to cut stay short due to industrial action in France which we were only informed of on the day we arrived and left us unable to get back to station. So trip turned out to be expensive as we still had to pay for the whole time booked.

This small hotel is close to la Défense, approx 15 min walking distance. Small clean rooms.

The rooms were small and the bathrooms were very small that you the normal people having shower difficultly ( for huge people no way that can have showers)

Very good

The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast: not much choice but good. Staff very professional and helpful. Good basics for a good price. Better than expected for a 3 star hotel.

The property and staff were excellent.

The property was clean, well-maintained, and provided everything I needed. The property was within a short walk to the metro, convenient for getting to the inner city. The staff was extremely helpful, especially during my time of struggle. Paper maps helped me when my phone service was down, and Rémy helped translate some things for me. Overall, I’m very pleased with Hotel Vivaldi, and I will return in the future to this property that I trust.

wouldn't have stayed beyond 1 night

the location

It's super git and the hotel does no provide water to the guest. Didn't know any hotel.nowadays did not offer complementary water...not good. the room is also really small...can’t really do much more n there but be in bed

The perfect hotel in a less than perfect location.

An utterly exceptional hotel staffed by utterly exceptional people. Highly recommended

It is a bit of a trek to public transport, especially the metro. But doable - use Esplanade rather than La Defense.

Cosy spot in a quiet area

Room was nice, it had a safe and air conditioning. Bed was really comfortable. Staff were really friendly and luckily spoke good English as my French is really bad. Lovely area, more locals staying but lots of flowers and places to eat.

An enjoyable stay

Great reception, friendly staff, nice breakfast, the room was small but comfortable, walking distance from metro, the neighborhood has a decent amount of grocery shops & restaurants, pharmacy and medical center nearby, many playgrounds for the kids, A/C in the room, very clean room and premises

The rooms are small so keep that in mind when you travel with kids (even for a family of 3 you might have to book 2 rooms if the kid is above 2 years old). Have a look on the kid policy.

Nice little hotel near business district la defense but in a nice, quite and friendly area

it’s a small and quite hotel in a very nice location that feels like a small village where everybody knows everybody. yet it is right beside the busy La Defense business district. so you can have your business meetings and then relax in a friendly atmosphere. the metro stop is Esplanade defense and you need to walk 10 minutes to get to the hotel. the restaurant just next door to the hotel is amazing. top quality food prepared and served with love. The staff of the hotel is super efficient and very very kind. you feel like at home. Will definitely come back.

Clean and nice hotel with great stuff.

Very nice and helpful personnel.

I like breakfast with vegetables...tomatoes, cucumbers and fruits etc.... This was really missing. The rest was really fine. Great service, very helpful.

Staff were lovely, helpful and efficient. Breakfast was good, cereal, pastries and fruit Room small but comfortable and clean.

Clean, nice place, comfortable. Staff amazing, super attentive, fluent in English, friendly.

Shower cabin way to small, I couldn't take shower. Room is small as well.

Exceptional Paris Getaway

The room was clean with more than enough space for two people in the sleeping area. The location was also perfect as metro close to go directly to central Paris.

The bathroom was a bit too small.
