Boa recepção, quartos bons, café da manhã bom. Vale o custo-benefício

Os quartos são amplos, confortáveis. Café da manhã bom, e a equipe da recepção muito simpática e solícita. Não havia jantar no hotel mas eles indicam restaurantes, ifood, fornecem talheres, muito prestativos.

Havia um barulho de goteira vindo do ar condicionado (ligado ou desligado), isso incomodou um pouco durante a noite.

La ubicación no es la mejor, pero esta muy cerca de varias atracciones turísticas caminando.

A localização não é uma das melhores, mas tem segurança na entrada, o que faz passar uma sensação de segurança maior.

Hotel bem localizado, café da manhã bem diversificado e boa qualidade, atendimento muito bom, tanto da recepção qto no restaurante.

Colchão muito ruim, cama muito baixa, parecia uma cama elástica. Sem conforto nenhum a cama. A limpeza tbm ficou a desejar.

No geral gostamos de tudo, a limpeza do local me chamou muito a atenção e os funcionários muito atenciosos e hospitaleiros, estão todos de parabéns 1000 estrelinhas a toda equipe. Ps. O café da manhã simplesmente maravilhoso 🥰

Confortável e com um ótimo café da manhã

Minha estadia neste hotel foi marcada por várias experiências positivas que gostaria de compartilhar. O atendimento da equipe do hotel foi muito. Desde o check-in até o momento do checkout, fui recebida com cortesia e profissionalismo. A equipe mostrou-se prestativa e pronta para atender às minhas necessidades. O café da manhã foi, sem dúvida, um dos pontos altos da estadia. Oferecendo uma variedade de opções deliciosas, proporcionou um excelente começo de dia. A qualidade e diversidade dos alimentos disponíveis atenderam plenamente às minhas expectativas. Além disso, destaco a qualidade do chuveiro. A água quente e a boa pressão tornaram as experiências de banho relaxantes e agradáveis.

Embora tenha tido uma experiência geral positiva, não gostei do estacionamento. A localização do estacionamento, que não está junto do hotel. Na hora do checkout, tivemos uma demora significativa para receber o carro do estacionamento remoto. Isso acabou prolongando minha saída e causou um certo atraso. No entanto, reconheço que a equipe do hotel foi amigável e prestativa em outras ocasiões. Espero que essas questões possam ser consideradas para futuras melhorias, tornando a experiência ainda mais agradável para os hóspedes.

Superou minhas expectativas

Excelente atendimento, funcionários simpáticos, café da manhã superou em muito as minhas expectativas, bom boas opções, tudo fresquinho, de muita qualidade e muito gostosas. O quarto muito espaçoso, limpo, bem arrumado e o funcional. Excelente estadia.

Achei a cama um pouco desconfortável para casal, meu marido se mexia durante a noite e a cama balançava a cada movimento. Escolhemos o hotel pela proximidade do evento onde íamos, mas a localização não me pareceu muito segura.

Pésima experiencia

Mi habitación inicialmente (hab 406) no tenía agua caliente. La tina tenía óxido, toda la decoración y equipos estaban viejos. Las baldosas del baño estaban pintadas por encima con pintura de pared y se veía fatal. El aire acondicionado no enfriaba.

Hotel was clean and nice. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was quite good. Location was in historical downtown but not the best part of the city.

Location in Republica was not very good at all. It looked like the worst part of the city.

I liked the location even though it’s considered in one of the sketchiest areas in Sao Paulo because of the large homeless people. it’s right downtown

Old and in dire need of renovations. I literally had to go back down to the reception each time I wanted to go back to my room as the key card kept demagnetising. They had loud noises every morning which disturbed my sleep. I guess they were doing the refurbishment I mentioned before.

Everything was great, since we arrive, the service, cleaning... a very good hotel.

The only issue is that in the morning the next day, we didn't have hot water, which was a big disappointment for us to start the day.

Nothing.

The staff is unfriendly, they don't (particularly one man at reception) say hi or smile. The room wasn't particularly clean even though they state they maintain sanitary procedures, the blanket packet was torn and the blanket itself was horrendously dirty and very smelly. Because of that all my clothes got that smell and became dirty. The lavatory pan didn't flush water and became clogged. The windows are letting all the noise from the street in. They're more preoccupied with following COVID-19 procedures than proper hospitality and good service, i.e. they follow ridiculous uncalled for rules established by the World Government (world elite, Illuminati) being the dumb sheep they are. For instance, they didn't clean my room for the whole of my stay and said it's because of coronavirus and for soap and towels you need to ask separately, they only clean it after the supposedly contagious (it's not plague or ebola) guest (I'm not) is gone. Also the woman at canteen at breakfast was particularly ridiculous, you can't take anything by yourself, but she should give it to you. Like I mean what you gonna do when REAL ZOMBIEACOPALYPSIS AND NOT THIS SCAMDEMIC WILL COME, you aren't going to be prepared at all. No real sanitary procedures are in place, but only a visibility of them, your masks and other ridiculous rules won't help you, the place is STILL DIRTY and when something like ebola will come you will all die, sorry but true. :)
