Lots to do, lovely place and very friendly staff and locals
Nothing it was perfect

Great setting. Excellent dinner and breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff.
Toilet door in room warped and therefore wouldn't shut. Not helped by not having a lock on it.
4.3
Friendly family run establishment with surprisingly excellent facilities for a comparatively remote rural location. Comfortable accommodation. Good food and beer at very reasonable price! Highly recommended.
Nothing in particular.

Staff were lovely and helpful
I liked everything

The facilities were amazing. There was so much for the kids to do, and I was pleased to find out the soft play was free for B&B guests
Having to book a table for dinner was a little frustrating as I wasn’t 100% sure of my plans

really helpful and friendly staff excellent food
nothing. loved it all

Location nice and quiet. Spotlessly clean. Room bigger than expected. Great value for money. We will be back.
Skittle lanes could do with a Little touch up. The old mattress’s they use could get be replaced by foam covered quite easily by some kind of material. The mattresses (some of which are torn) just makes it look tatty. This is the only thing I could say. We really loved this place.

loved the setting, the facilities, the gardens
The mattress in one of our rooms was lumpy

We had a fantastic time at The Waie Inn, it had excellent facilities for young children and our son loved it. He really enjoyed the soft play, swimming pool and outdoor playground.
The food was also tasty and made things easier as everything was on site and easy to access.
Give yourself enough time for food, as everything is freshly made on site, it wasn't the quickest service but it was definitely worth the wait time!

They went out of their way to be helpful to us
Nothing it was all great

We liked the location and the facilities on offer. Our daughter, son-in-law and grandchildren were staying in one of the cottages so we were able to spend time with them. Our breakfasts each day were very good and my birthday meal, on the Tuesday, with my family was excellent.
We did not like the fact that the towels we were supplied with in our room had definitely seen better days. Definitely not white, had no pile and threads were hanging off them. At breakfast next morning I reported this and expressed our disappointment. We were told that those towels should not have been used in the room but we're the ones for mopping up in the pool area! The member of staff servicing our room said they had new towels but did not like to give them to the workmen who stayed there! That day we were given lovely fluffy white towels. These were left in our bathroom for the following day but were replaced with off white well used fraying towels for our last day. This was not what we expected for the money we had paid the

Jeff, manager of the Waie Inn, was so kind and so helpful: he took us back onto the Two Moors Way in the morning so that we wouldn't have to walk an extra 3 miles when our walking day was already going to be very long that day (26 kilometres!). It was so generous of him to take us in his carl
So a great thank you to the team at the Waie Inn and Jeff in particular. The Waie Inn was a good stop during our 190 kilometres trek through Devon.

Shower was luke warm but woke me up

The staff were lovely and the children's play areas were great! Beds and facilities were all welcoming and clean. A great weekend away with the kids.
I thought the £480 that i paid for just the two nights was expensive. I also found the pool was quite cold which put me off going in.

This is a fantastic place to stay in the heart of the Devon countryside. The Waei has so many fantastic facilities to use like the indoor swimming pool, skittle ally, outdoor park, fishing lake, restaurant and pub, pool, indoor play and snooker! Staff are super friendly, all meals are wonderful. Included in the price was a fab breakfast!
I honestly can't think of anything!
