El sistema de apertura de las puertas y las camas rechinan, las pantallas no son smart

para pasar la noche sirve pero por el precio no lo vale

esta prácticamente en el zocalo y a 3 minutos del malecon muy buena ubicación por los pasillos y el lobby tiene buen aspecto

agua caliente salen por muy poco tiempo pantalla no le llega el internet por lo que no se puede ocupar en ninguna plataforma y tampoco con televisión normal o local internet prácticamente nulo aunque esta limpio el baño huele muy mal todo el tiempo la cerradura es muy sencilla, tamto que tuve que poner un mueble en la puerta para domir a gusto.

Un hotel con todo lo necesario para disfrutar del puerto de veracruz un hotel emblemático super

Solo la recepcionista esta un poco amargada la gúerejs pero la domamos a la hijuelaverga

Lo antigüo no es opción.

La limpieza del cuarto muy aceptable y la ubicación.

Es un hotel muy viejo con instalaciones igual de viejas, NO hay agua caliente, el aparato de aire acondicionado se gotea y hay humedades.

La ubicación es buena. La atención de la recepcionista fue buena.

El aroma del hotel a productos de limpieza rancios. El aroma a humedad de todo el hotel y la habitación. No tiene ventilación adecuada. Me asignaron la habitación 313 y la vista daba a un predio medianamente abandonado con personas vagabundas. El internet era deficiente. El baño estaba sucio (la cortina de la regadera estaba sumamente sucia). Pensé que sería de mejor calidad por estar en el centro, pero quedé muy decepcionada.

Servicio regular!

La ubicación del hotel y está limpio el lugar.

Les falta empatía, en la habitación no había toallas tuve que bajar las escaleras por las mismas y el elevador no funciona, mala señal de internet y ocupe mis datos móviles para ver la TV

Mmm un poco que no me pusieron ni jabones ni shampoo el primer día y como ya era noche pues ni para ir a comprar y tuvimos que bañarnos sólo con agua

Todo estuvo bien, solamente el estacionamiento es bastante deficiente.

El área de mejora definitivamente es su estacionamiento. Deben hacer algo al respecto.

Excelente lugar

Huele super bien, todo es limpio. Sábanas limpias, cortinas y toallas en perfectas condiciones. El personal es muy atento, en todo momento están ayudando.

Falta un poco de luz, la luz es muy tenue.

Que están ubicado en el centro y afuera hay bares que ponen sus bocinas ubicadas a las habitaciones y el viernes inicio a las fiestas y termino a las tres de la mañana pero el sábado termino a la cinco y media no pudimos descansar nada

Location was excellent.

Rooms and all areas were dirty. Walk from parking to reception disgusting. Failed to service room. Returned and no clean towels and beds not made. Had to ask for basics including toilet roll. Had to ask to change room as was so dirty on arrival. Second room much better and super comfy bed, but hotel ac outside bedroom so like sleeping in an jet engine. Reception staff useless. Photos lovely, no relation to reality at all. Needs a complete makeover...perhaps hasn't been cleaned painted or furniture replaced since opening.

2 nights in veracruz

The location on the zocolo with all the Xmas lights plus the orchestra playing Dazon and being able to watch the elegant dancers so easily was excellent. The old elevator was enchanting, and very historic. The cleaning service tries hard.

The hotel has seen better days and my junior "suite" was so bare bones. No wall decorations, no coffee maker or coffee, no window that could open .... and a very spotty wifi that went in and out. , no real lobby for sitting and just a tiny booth for reception . And to think that this was once one of the elite hotels of Veracruz

I stayed in the huge junior suite,was a great room but it's best days were many years ago.The view from the balcony is worth the price alone as views are the best in Veracruz, straight out onto the hustle of the historic centre,perfect for a few drinks before you head out.

Beautiful old entry hall and elevator.

The windows were not washed. The window that led to the roof where there was a big mess.

They have their own parking garage in the back of the hotel, you walk thru into the hotel, the a.c. unit in my room was ice cold, loved it, front of the hotel is a plaza, there about 5 restaurants to the left and right, cost is reasonable compare to other restaurants in the area, staff was nice, as well as house keeping Local local local is prefect, close to major attractions like the naval museum

Cons it's an old building that needs repairs (they tried I think), elevator is small with a max of 2 ppl at a time, the electricity went out once a night for about ten min roughly around 1am the first time and 2am the second time, but was told it's normal😬

Very centrally located, close to everything except the beach which is a 5 min ride away!

Located exactly on the zocalo, across the square from the Veracruz Cathedral. More walkability in this colonial section of the city compared to the beach area, which is fine if you prefer the beach. The staff speak limited English but they are friendly and try hard, and went out of their way to help me set up the mandatory (of of 4/22) Covid testing for my return flight, gave me some tips for other places to shop besides the artisan market place and Malecon area, and ordered me a taxi.

There are no mini fridges in the rooms, guess I'm spoiled! Some days rooms are cleaned later in the day than I am used to. Some of the rooms, on the first floor at least, abut the area of the roof where the air conditioning system components run and the hum was immediately evident, I explained that it would be too loud for me to sleep and they moved me without a fuss.
