Excellent location to enjoy all the treats the Old Town has to offer

The apartment is in a wonderful position on the harbour front. It is an old property that has been sympathetically restored with some of the original features incorporated into the renovation. There is a wonderful rooftop terrace accessed by a quirky internal staircase with amazing views of the harbour and restaurants. Communication with owner was excellent and would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Chania.

The apartment is in the centre of a bustling area so noise should be expected. There is a nightclub behind the property which does stay open until the early hours but the bedroom has which appears to be triple-glazing and didn't affect our sleep.

Once we found the property it was a gem of a location.

Location and rooftop patio overlooking port was exceptional for late afternoon drinks.Plenty of nearby restaurants and shops.

Single beds need to be replaced as sofa beds unstable causing guest to fall on floor.

Centralissimo, bellissimo ma molto rumoroso

L'appartamento è una bomboniera , meraviglioso. Il problema è che si trova al secondo piano di un locale che tiene musica a bomba fino alle tre del mattino ! Se come me non riuscite a dormire nel casino ahimè non ve lo consiglio . Se dormite in ogni condizione allora ne vale la pena

Η τοποθεσία είναι εξαιρετική όπως και η θέα από την ταράτσα. Το σπίτι είναι ευρύχωρο με ιδιαίτερο χαρακτήρα. Βρίσκεται στην καρδιά της πόλης με αποτέλεσμα να είναι όλα δίπλα !

Lovely old eccentric apartment, some bits of DIY could do with improving but overall very good.

Fabulous location, right in the middle of the cafe scene in Chania. The roof terrace has a splendid view all around and the windows of the apartment have views in just about all directions.

The downside to the central location is that it's noisy until the early hours, but then that was to be expected but don't go there looking for peace and quiet until around 5am! Also, just as well I had my penknife as we couldn't find a corkscrew amongst the various kitchen implements.

Great central location to take in the night life with a cosy feel.

The property was quaint and centrally located in the popular area so it had easy access to the shops and restaurants.

Since our stay was on a Saturday it was loud until 4 am with the sounds of the club located behind the apartment and the restaurants around the apartment. The apartment was not "soundproof" even with the shudders and windows closed.

Die Lage am Hafen und der Altstadt is toll, die dachterrasse super, nur leider sehr wegen der Bar

Die dachterrasse war der Hammer, ganz für uns allein.

Gegenüber dem Schlafzimmer is eine Bar, dort wird bis 3 Uhr morgens Party gemacht, es ist sehr laut.. selbst bei geschlossenem Fenster, war es schwierig zu schlafen.

Very good

Very nice location during the day and evening on the port and nearby the shops. Nice flat.

Beds in kit (sofa) that separated during the night. Located In the middle of the bars, restaurants and clubs area => lots of noise at night (screams, fights).

Fantastic communication with the owner of the apartment. The apartment is beautifully arranged and very charming. Perfect location within the heart of the venetian harbour. Ideal for those who want to enjoy the nightlife.

Enjoyed our stay of the 3 nights.

Location is super, just a few stairs away from the beautiful Venetian port, a lot of great restaurants downstairs. Sound proof is helpful to lower down the volume of music at night. Great view on the spacious roof top. Interior decoration shows great taste.

Thank you for such an enjoyable stay!!!

The plaza apartment was in a wonderful location! Very lively streets we felt extremely safe and really enjoyed the stay.

The only thing to be aware of is that there is the noise from the club, but we have young adult kids and had a blast!

Great location with easy access to Chania Street life

This location! Just few steps into a Chania Street life. Loved it. We didnt have problem to find stairs. Communication was okej and we were helped with taxi ordering. Thanks again.

The accommodation was authentic but I could imagine it cleaner. I had rather washed the dishes in kitchen and the terrace as well before we started to use it. We say beautiful pictures from the roof but it wasnt possible to sit There - furniture was missing and it is not representative at all. Its a pitty, otherwise it would be perfect.

the location was the only good thing and the responsiveness of the owner

its says that it has 2 rooms and accommodate 5 adults which is a scam there is only one room and 3 sofas not even sofa beds , the rooftop which is why we choose this apartment is dirty and full of rubish and its so hard to find the apartment

Perfect stay

We loved the apartment, it has everything (kitchenware, bbq, good towels, fabulous view from the terrace, spacious), I definitely recommend it.

It would be so good if there was a parking spot to rent with the apartment because Chania is a very hard place to park.

Central location with serious cleaning issues

Location right at the old port; communication was ok;

The rooftop was uncleaned with bird excrements everywhere, outdoor couch was dirty and no chairs or table as in the picture advertised. We wanted to have a drink up there but were unable. Entry area with trash in front of the door. Inside was clean though.

Nice and very central

Central with Nice view over old harbor. Veryhelpfull host. Quick response when contact.

A lot of partying very close, until early in the morning. A lot of koud music. But still quiet in bedroom. In livingroom, where the extra beds are, the noise was anoying.
