An absolutely beautiful home. Really clean and tidy. Very colourful. All mod cons you could need. Lovely little garden. Massive Tesco around the corner. Absolutely wonderful for a quiet, romantic, weekend getaway. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much! ☆☆☆☆☆

The properly felt like a home from a home. Lovely and warm, fresh and clean bedding.
Dish washer was useful. The children loved the access to Netflix and board games.
Tea and coffee, towels, cleaning products. Only 38 mins from the Polar Express train ride.
Sofa was a little firm, as was the mattress.
But this really isn't a big deal as the overall experience was a fab one with really good value for money.

Not the usual blank mahogany decor.
Neighbours were very loud, screaming, shouting and banging around. This was intermittent and went on till 1am in the end. Messaged the host at the time as wasn't sure if I needed to call the police as sounded like a domestic.
Heard over the tv.
Stains, finger prints and lip marks on mug and glass I used.
(Had to clean them before I used them)
TV signal wasn't consistent and cut off repeatedly in the main bedroom.
No toiletries in the bathroom.
Cobwebs round ceiling in most rooms.
Very hot spot on the floor by shoe rack, presume from heating? Felt like I'd put my foot on a just boiled kettle.
Heating was only on 16'c; cold wet day, had to keep coat on while it warmed up.
No voile's at the patio doors so people at rear of property can look in unless curtains are closed.

Off Rd parking was great , the property was clean and well presented, the bedding was fresh, and tea and coffee was appreciated.
The Garden needed a little tlc , maybe a fence separating from the next door, a coat of paint on the fence and some nice plants would have made it a lot more present sitting outside on a lovely day.

For our purpose, which is to visit family in Thetford, the location is ideal as it is just round the corner from them. However, it is also in a generally quiet residential estate, about 15-20 minutes pleasant walk from the town centre and about the same from the large supermarket and garden centre/cafe. There are also pleasant walks along the river which runs through the town.
TV reception (freeview) is poor in the area. This was compensated for by provision of a streaming service. Our relatives use a freesat box, which seems to be a satisfactory solution for the TV reception.

It was a lovely property and excellent value for money

Everything you could possibly need for a vacation was provided. The owner was easy to get hold of and very helpful. It was easy to find. It was lovely having patio doors out to a garden. Although it's in a residential neighbourhood it was very quiet. Parking is right next to the house, so easy access.
The beds weren't terribly comfortable.

Basic, but good value for two couples. Kitchen well equipped and comfortable beds. We were only staying one night and it was great for what we needed.
Shower had no hot water but reported to owner who says this is now fixed.
Not great reception on some TV channels.
